Absolutely Amazing! Ive gone twice and both times Ive been blown away by the customer service. The first time they restrung my sons stick and surprised him with his team colors, took him out back to practice, etc. It was amazing. The second time, we went looking for new arm pads. My son has very thin arms and everything feel off him. After insane patience, Sam Hudson went in the back and brought back a pair Ive never seen before that fit him perfectly. "They discontinued these years ago but I keep a couple in the back for boys like your son - have a great time with them". Honestly, my son was so happy. What a wonderful shop!

Absolutely terrible customer service. One of their employees, Sam Hutson, screwed up our team orders; but instead of honestly communicating with me, he dodge my calls and emails. Eventually I reached him and he told me that they would be come in a week, two weeks later we called Lax World and discovered our orders still hadnt been placed. He lied to me, this was the worst customer service experience I have ever had.

I took my lacrosse stick to get it hard meshed at Breakaway, I waited 15 min to get help, and the person that helped me told me to cut the mesh on my stick (even though I had a sprained wrist) or else if he had done it it wouldve been a 5$ charge. They told me it would take 7-10 days to finish and they would call me and it has been 20+ days with no call. Horrible service with lazy people
