If youre fortunate enough to live near Seattle and are a fan of Brooks, this place is an absolute gem. I just moved to the area and am thrilled to have found it. As an experienced runner I have used a variety of models from Asics, Nike, and Saucony. While training for my first marathon a salesperson at Gary Smiths Easy Runner (a great specialty shop in Little Rock, AR by the way) recommended I try Brooks Adrenaline. They worked out great - best running shoes I ever owned and worth every penny I paid for the premium service. So now Im living 20 minutes from this store ready to replace my shoes after putting way more than the recommended miles on them. As a neutral runner looking to pick it up a notch, I wanted to move up to a pair of Glycerins. I got them today for 60% off the retail price! That would have been nice enough, but the salesman was awesome in helping to fit me without being too technical or treating me like a novice. The staff knows their stuff - OK so they only need to know one brand, but they do - they know why people run and they know that we can all use a good deal these days. If you have access to the store, shop there!

This store is awesome!! The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. I wont buy my sports shoes anywhere else. They will watch your stride so they can make recommendations on which shoe is best for you, along with making sure you are well fitted and happy. I have been going here for years and wont switch!! Love the tent sales too! The staff here go out of their way to help you find exactly what you want and need. I highly recommend this store and their shoes. The clothes are great too. Its nice in this day and age to have smiling, happy, helpful people wanting to help you and have conversations with you. You feel like they want to get to know you to serve you better. You feel like family after a couple of visits! Thats rare nowadays! Try this store out, you wont regret it!

Wife and I stopped in to see what they had since the store in the supermall has long since closed. My wife runs quite a bit and has been running in Brooks for years. To be honest, I didnt expect much given an outlet store but was thoroughly wrong! Excellent customer service and knowledgeable staff. Tons of shoes at crazy good prices and lots of apparel ... several hundred dollars later, my wallet lighter and big smile on our faces. Will go back after new years stuff put out.

Customer service stinks! No one will take a call at the store in Canyon Park. Hours posted on the website showed the store was open but the staff closed the store 1/2 hour early. Person at the door did not care about the convenience to the customers. Asked the staff at the door to if he would check if they had a particular show in stock so I would not waste my time driving there a second time (over a hour one way) and he said no, not his problem. Comeback another day.

Ive been to the Brooks Outlet in Bothell several times. And I live in Puyallup about 60 miles away. The staff has always been super friendly and helpful. If you know what you want, call ahead and they will check stock for you. If you dont know what you want theyre more than happy to get you the right shoe! The shoes, etc are last years model, but at more than 1/2 off original retail, Im happy to run in last years shoes!

This place used to be the most amazing store with helpful staff and incredible process. Now they are expensive with confused high school kids bumbling around. They are NOT an outlet store. Their prices are the same as REI, but REI is a local company and you get a dividend and part of your sales go to a good cause. Avoid this trip to the north end like the plague.

When I walked in, there were 2-3 employees, who made eye contact, and did not greet or acknowledge me for 10 minutes. After I looked around and couldnt find anything, one of the sales guy acknowledges me, and didnt even try to help find what I was looking for. He walked me around the store, and said they didnt have anything for me, "sorry man". Dont shop here.

be AWARE that this company is a scam. i was charged some how for $120.00 that i never even heard of this company. and when i got their Number from my bank i called them, and the person i talked to was very rude and couldnt tell what or why i was being charged but just told me to take it up with my bank. THEN HUNG UP ON ME. SO BE AWARE THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM

I went to Brooks Outlet because I heard several people tell me about knowledgable, friendly staff. I must have come on the wrong day--the staff this morning were aloof and unengaged. I spent five minutes walking around looking and waiting for service, but did not hear one word (not even "Good Morning") from the staff. I left barefooted and frustrated.

My hubby and I both have orthotics with the same issues. The staff spent a lot of time having us try different types of sneakers until we found one we liked. They also showed the runners knot to help keep them on our feet instead of sliding off our heels. Were about to head up there for another set. And I may even buy some work shoes too.

I love this store And I guarantee you will too. It will blow you away. Far more than a simple outlet, it has a massive selection of clothing, hats, shoes, and anything you could want, even socks and often gloves. Im a rabid Brooks fan and have been visiting their outlets, formerly in North Bend and Auburn, for over 12 years.

Their selection isnt huge, but the prices are pretty good for what youre getting. I purchased some new workout gear here a few days ago and I love how comfortable and stylish they are. c: The staff members fit your shoes to you, Im definitely coming back for new running shoes.

I cant speak for the fitting, because I came here knowing what I was looking for. They did tell me the shoes I was buying would be on sale next week, so I appreciated the heads up! Its a fairly small store, but size and color selection are decent, and there are clothes too.
