Im truly in shock that Jason is still in business. I had a horrible experience today. I didnt want to finish my tattoo at his shop. Hes not understanding of pain, hes not customer oriented, hes agitated and his responses are rude. I honestly did not feel comfortable around him. His work is also not that impressive. But mainly, what made this experience horrific was his attitude! As a business owner, your first priority should be customer service. Making sure your customers are treated kindly and friendly. He did the opposite. Please do not waste your time at this shop. There are other tattoo shops in auburn, close distance, that do much better work. I learned that the hard way unfortunately. A very displeased customer!!!

My friend and I came in to get our ears pierced. I got 2 lobe and 2 cartilage and my friend got 2 lobe. Erin was our piercer and she was awesome!! She was cool, conversational and made it such a pleasant, comfortable experience. Really listened to what we wanted with great attention to detail. She was reasonably priced. Minimum pain. I highly recommend her! Some people came in after us wanting a tattoo and even tho she was the only one there, she didnt rush thru our piercings to get us out and move onto the next. Very professional. I really cannot say enough good things about her or our experience there.

My boyfriend and I got tattoos from Jason and he did an amazing job! He is super awesome and does great work and gives GREAT prices. Although our tattoos are still in progress they still look AWESOME and I would recommend Jason to anyone any day!!
