Whenever my kid and I start to look in the toy section, one of the associates ALWAYS come to pick up any fallen toys she finds on the floor as if to say "you guys better not make mess in here!!" It happens all the time, and I find it quite annoying and not so friendly. Just please stop following us, okay? We are not thieves for crying out loud. In fact, you guys are the ones who took my kids $60 bike that we parked outside and put a $3 sticker and moved inside the store along with our $5 helmet which they put $7 sticker on. Thats stealing if you ask me. Other than that, the prices are great if on sale. If not, they overprice so much. Most of all, I hate their customer service. They treat you like a thief if you are not dressed in a fancy dress.

Great places to find lots of bargains and support a great cause too. Whether you are buying for yourself or to resell online you will find some awesome scores. Watch their Facebook page for daily specials and once a month all thrift store items (non vendor) are 50% off. I got 2 great pair of Born clogs the other day for less than $5 as shoes were 75% off!

Lots of great stuff usually well-priced and your purchases benefit the shelter in that mind set its totally worth it even if you find a slightly higher price item than you were expecting. Its definitely where it take all night stuff to be donated now since I know going to the shelter its for a good cause. And the staff are pretty great

Very rude staff, act like they have better things to do with there time than to show you an item out of there show case. Excuse me, but I believe its why you work there. Just very rude staff all around. Felt like they where constantly staring at costumes waiting for them to steal something.

Dirty, crowded and claustrophobic. This is a good option if and only if you are searching for pre-owned pet beds, carriers or other pet needs. Everything else appears to have been raked into windrows which are occasionally rummaged through by people in a hurry.

I was asked by a volunteer never to bring my little three year old boy back to the store again. Reminded that they are volunteers and dont get paid to be there and clean up messes. Counter lady was impatient and rude when I asked to view some jewelry items.

Small store but high turnover and wide variety in what they sell.most of what they sell is on consignment so it makes it sometimes hard to get immediate answers to all your questions. Friendly employees but not open late.

They have a large selection and different vendors. The prices are good and the money goes to help with the animals, which is why I went there in the first place. Real friendly people working there. Ill go back.

Good deals can be had here! They seem to care more about selling items for good prices than Goodwill or Value Village. Plus, the purchases you make go towards the humane society of Auburn!

Fun to visit but its kind of a mess. Prices seem high. I assume most if not all the merchandise was donated to them for free.
