I didnt have a great experience here, my 2 issues were with staff and food. We stopped on our way back from Maryland and needed the restroom. A lady was cleaning it but there was no closed sign up. We popped our head in to ask if we could still use it and she rudely stated "the floor is wet and will be wet for a long time". We decided to order first, then check back. The food we ordered, subs, that I get a lot in Harrisonburg Sheetz, were pathetically small. Like seriously, there was almost nothing on the sandwich and was very disappointing for my hungry kids. I wouldnt return here if given another option.

Dont buy anything this sheetz. Refuses to sell people alcohol or beer. Well everyone that you talk to inside sheetz is above age refuse to sell me alcohol because my pregnant wife came in the beer cave and told me to hurry up because old drunk guy was hitting on her. So she left to go set In my car and after waiting in a long line they guy told me he wouldnt sell me beer less I walked out side and got my wife and come inside and with her Id. My boss and I were refused service after ATM tech falsely accused him of threatening him. Would not disclose reason why they recused to serve us. Assumed tech was correct without checking video, police dept. Filed charges based on mans statement without proper investigation. Instead of explaining why they couldnt serve us. They waited until we reached register to say something. Very embarrassing being punished for something that never happened. Very poor management..

I never have had a positive experience at this Sheetz . If you are a friendly person clerks usually meet your smiles with apathy. It doesnt help there is typically people outside trying to hitch a ride or begging for money which takes the experience from unpleasant to unnerving and quit frankly a hassle.

Worst scheetz I have ever been too. Besides being generally filthy, the staff was inattentive and not knowledgeable on the legal aspects of their business. I have always loved scheetz, but this location tested that theory and found it.faulty. You lost a customer for life today.

Food order experience: Appetizer bucket portion smaller than other sheetz. Sandwich was prepared incorrectly first time had to exchange sandwich. Then the portions of sandwich were again smaller than same sandwich at other sheetz. Food staff perhaps needs more training.

Good space to get diesel with a 6 horse trailer. Good coffee. Quick made to order breakfast . Clean bathrooms. Totally worth the half mile hike off 81. Such a nice break from disgusting truck stops.

Its just a good place to chill & escape without going too far. The only down part is that the WiFi crashes A LOT!
