I just moved to the area and needed essentials, where do you go? Walmart, BIG MISTAKE!!! Well we went and they had almost everything which was good. We checked out and that went good, however after spending $300 I never imagined that we would be stopped by the greater so she could verify all of my purchases even though all was bagged. I was taken back by this due to it being a Walmart and not a Sams. I went outside and watched several other guests leave with out having there items inspected and receipt looked threw. I went back in and asked for a manager due to the amount of filled carts and unbagged items that walked out after my detail inspection. A Manager came up and I explained what happened, he said he works in the back and was unaware of the front area procedurees. I was not happy, as you can imagine! I phoned 1800walmart, told my story again and they said they would turn it over to the appropriate people, I requested the store manager to call me. I did get a call the next night from an Assistant Manager who could not explain why this occurred, so once again I got no explanation or a statement of we do or do not do that at this location. I am not one to say I will never go back, but I will be calling 1800walmart again for an explanation and if I do not get one, I WILL NOT GO BACK to that store! BEWARE, they could stop you and make you feel like a thief in front of everyone also.

I have gone to this Walmart 6 times in a row to catch my check at the money sooner that is supposed to be open at 7 a.m. I have never been able to get my check cashed before 7:20 or 7:25 do to the fact that the girl whos name is Jesse is never there on time or never ready. There is also another woman named grace and all they do is sit in talk and chat while they are working. She almost mess my check up several times because she was more involved with the conversation she was having with other employees then she was with actually cashing my check. Im not sure how she keeps her job seeing as how 6 times in a row I have been there in 6x in a row she was late. I was late to work on this every single time and only continued to to go there do to the fact it was close. This Walmart his get in Yulee went downhill not only are they never ready at the money center but the majority of the employees seem to have an attitude and are very rude or having attitto customers customers.. my suggestion to anybody then may have to use a Walmart at any time in this area to your directly to Steven City Walmart as they are always open on time always friendly in you never have to wait and I line for more than a minute...

I used to shop at Walmart Pleasant Valley for my elderly mother, not myself, and I would wait anywhere up to 20 to 30 minutes for a motorized cart because I am disabled . I have told management there so many times that unless and until they begin to respect the disabled like myself by having more motorized carts ready and able to transport us through the store, I will not be stepping foot there. The money I spend there as a customer is as good as any able-bodied shopper. It pays for their salaries, and trickling down it pays for motorized carts. I go to all other local stores and there are always available carts, charged up and ready to go. I dont hear excuses from them like I do from Walmart, such as "the customers steal them, theyre being repaired, there are more on order, all that we have are being used right now, " and so on. I have upheld my words: I havent been to PV Walmart since the last time I tried to reason with them. I didnt shop there before I began shopping for my elderly mother, and Im very happy not to be shopping there once again.

Generally speaking, this place looks like a cross between the Star Wars cantina and the UN on most days. I try hard not to go in there, but I went today since it was early and on the way home. Bad mistake. Got what I needed and thought, "Might as well check on the ammo". When I got back there, in front of the case was an associate stocking the ammo and another gent looking at the ammo. The associate never looked up from the cart of ammo she was stocking. The gent in front of me asked "Is that .45 in the back there?" and she said "Yep". He said "When you get a minute Id like to get a box of the .45". The associate, never looking up from her cart, said "Well, its gonna be awhile. I have to stock this WHOLE shelf, then check it off on the list, then I can get to it". Mind you, the case was open, and the ammo the guy wanted was right there in front of her lazy ass. We both walked off, leaving probably $50 buck in ammo. And THAT is why I never go on Walmart unless it absolutely necessary

We bought a movie from the 5 dollar bin. When getting home we opened the movie and noticed it had a defect in it. When bringing it back they said we could exchange it which was fine. They did not have any more, when telling them there wasnt any left they told us that they only exchange and will not refund money or let us get a different one. Basically the store sold us something defective, told us we may get lucky and try other stores to see if anyone had one, and refused to do anything about the defective product. I would not recommend buying movies from Walmart, you will run the risk of being ripped off.

Worst online grocery pick-up experience ever! . I waited for over an hour! Ive used pick-up at other stores and this has never happened. Called to speak with a grocery manager (while waiting) and instead of coming on the phone they told the associate to say they were addressing it however the back-up isnt going away. Also associates that are bringing groceries out have no idea what is going on and absolutely no sense of urgency. The manager did make an appearance at the end to tell us we were getting a $40 credit. I appreciate that however not feeling like that was even remotely acceptable at this point.

My experience is solely based on the Deli. Everytime I call ...I get hung up on. The customer service is the worst. I would say its an individual, however, when bringing it up to management you get eyes rolled and sarcasm. ..so its safe to say...in my opinion....the "bad /not so friendly" employees feel justified because management does nothing or acts the same way. If this walmart wasnt so close to my home...I WOULD NOT RETURN.

Its not too bad there pretty well clean and stays organized for the most part. The one thing that you really gotta watch that is when you buy food there check the expiration dates. And also if you buy any fruits and vegetables check those as well cuz theres been plenty of them I perceive that had mold on them. But other than that the good place to go shopping for just about anything that you would need.
