Called in a prescription and was told there was a 2 hour wait, and the staff person would call me back when my order was ready. I did not receive a call, so called the pharmacy 3 hours later (after waiting locally for 3 hours to get the medicine), and was told they did not have time to fill it, and it would be the next day. The staff member I spoke with twice, was not helpful, friendly, or empathetic. My prescription was then transferred to another CVS to be filled in 20 minutes. I will not go back to this pharmacy for anything in the future, nor do I recommend it.

Pharmacy crew is awful! Have called with issues only to have my call answered with first gossip in the background & rarely a proper greeting to follow. Ive had several issues trying to get my fiances meds.
