Horrible customer service. I tried 3 times to get my daughters ears pierced and was told 3 different things about when, how, and who they pierce. Finally after the third time of attempting to come in and being turned away I shared I would look for another place that would be able to help us that day because my daughter was so excited to get her ears pierced and had now waited over a week to only be let down again. One of the tattoo artists in the back piped up "good get out of here". He was extremely rude and confrontational entering himself in a conversation he was not a part of. Its people like him that give tattoo parlors a bad reputation. I hope the owner is ok with his artist talking down to customers and turning them away. We will NOT be back. And River City Tattoo on Boulevard was able to help us out and were great!!

The tattoo that my daughter got for her 18th birthday was really wonderful. The man that did the artistic work did a beautiful job of blending the colors not only on the sketch but on the tattoo as well. I would recommend this business to everyone. I know it surprised me how nice, friendly, and professional everyone we met were. Chris was professional but very nice, taking time to explain what he was doing as he progressed with my daughters tattoo. He was able to put her at ease even thought this was her first tattoo. Recently received a tattoo at Kiss of Ink. I already had over 15 tattoos received from all over the Richmond area. Woody gave me one of my best tattoos. The attention to detail was immaculate and I love it. I was a walk in with a custom request and they accommodated me immediately and it turned out just like the picture. Price was reasonable too. I will be recommending him to everyone and going to him from now on. Thank you!!

They did an owl on my ankle! And did an awesome job. Mike stayed after close for an hour or more to do it and I was super impressed, I have other tattoos from different shops but I 100% will never choose another tattoo shop after going to kiss of ink! Going to get another tattoo tomorrow!

The website said that they were open so I drove 35 minutes to get their and they were closed. That is no way to run a business. Very disappointed.
