My daughter and I were shopping there today in the childrens area and she requested to use the restroom. After a store employee walked out, we entered the restroom, only to see there was trash all over, no toilet paper, no soap, and very unsanitary. Needless to say we walked out. Clothes were on the floors, all over the place, not any way convenient to shop. Awful! I traveled 40 miles to get there.

Went in to grab a shirt, and got a good deal for my son. Not much people was there it was a Saturday in the afternoon you could 12 or 1. Didn’t interactive with the staff just said hi and bye.

worst experience ever in an old navy. cluttered with clothing on the floors, misplaced, etc. and the staff didnt seem to care about anything. maybe Im getting too old for this store....

It is a good place to sho. My granddaughter found some NOT TOO SHORT shorts. However their 50% off whole store fails to highlight or emphasize the "up to" part of the 50% off sign.

Took my wife ten minutes to wait in line to try clothes on. Unacceptable. There were more people waiting to try on clothes than shopping.
