The woman who runs the store is so kind and helpful! The first time I went in, and she explained every little detail. The next time I went in, but I was in a huge rush and she was very accommodating! I really love a store that is willing to be understanding and listens to whether you want a lot of help or to be left alone. Really excellent place and not to mention extremely delicious. I love their balsamic condimento and the white truffle oil and the sesame oil. :-) highly recommend

Love the selection of olive oil, both plain and infused with other flavors. The vinegars are available in various flavors. All of them are good but if you dont want to buy them all, the store allows you to sample them. Very clean establishment with other unique finds. The Short Pump location has since closed but the Midlothian location is open.

We used to be regular customers and fill all of our olive oil and balsamico needs here. Until today, when we had the dubious pleasure of meeting the owners son. Rudeness, cluelessness about customer service, and disrespect for his employee will ensure were never going back.

This is a great spot just to visit. You can taste any and all of the oils and vinegar they have on tap. The bottles are reusable so you can always swing by and fill them up again.

Discovered them about a year ago. Have tried several of the oils and enjoyed each. I now use the traditional basalmic vinegar as my only salad dressing.
