Looks like this is a training place for the beginners in Starbucks. Nowhere in the country have a Starbucks white chocolate mocha tasted bitter except here. There were two gals at the shop and one was busy taking drive through orders while the other served customers inside the shop. There was just one guy before I entered and I was shocked to see a Starbucks so not busy at all. I shouldve known better. The gal had no idea about what she was doing. She took over 7 mins to give me one white chocolate mocha with ice and after all, it was bitter! I went back to her and told her this is not how mocha tasted anywhere in the US. It was never bitter the countless times I had it before. She told she will another one and I observed that it was written 7 mocha shots on my cup. Then she turned around and asked the other gal how many shots of mocha she needs to put my drink, she said 2 shots. I then understood why mocha was bitter. She gave another drink in next few mins and it tasted exactly the same as the before drink. I went back and told her the same and asked her to put in some sweetener at the least. She put in some and it tasted just a little better. The gals were slow, lethargic and didnt even wish people. All those things are worse but only next to their quality of work. I dont recommend this place at all.

I have had this store make several mistakes on my orders in the past, including making a hazelnut latte instead of a peppermint latte and then repeating the same mistake when they remade the drink. I thought it was just a busy day, but having sat inside a number of times now to do some work, I have heard them make one mistake after another. One poor barista complained out loud that she had three remakes in 30 minutes. About 5 minutes later, she had to do another remake. At least two more within the next 30 minutes after that. These were pretty clearly errors of the tellers putting in the orders, not her own mistakes at the machine. I also think they are a bit stingy on things like fudging a Grande up a bit to fit an 18oz thermos, which is really just a splash more of steamed milk. The one time I asked for a bit more steamed milk, I was told that I should have ordered the Venti (2oz too large). Im already paying 5.25 for a latte, for goodness sake. The staff also routinely complain to each other about customers who have just left, complain about other workers who are not present, etc. The store across Broad Street at Pump and Lauderdale has much better management, from what I have seen.

Is there a way to give zero stars?! This place is a joke! I ordered a venti, extra caramel, caramel macchiato and it literally took 15-20 minutes for me to get my drink. Then when I got it (I was the only customer inside waiting for a drink), it was a grande. I even asked the girl (Kristen or something) who took my order if she made sure that it was a venti. After I asked, she rolled her eyes at me and then gave me a fake smile. No one says hi when you walk in the door or even tries to get to know you. I watched one employee argue with a customer the other day right in front of everyone. Theres one red headed girl in there who acts like the customers should be serving her the drinks. Guess she forgets that we provide her paycheck. Typically I will give a place three tries before I write it off, hoping that maybe I just got them on a bad day. The problem is that with the people that work there: Everyday is a bad day!

I get when things are busy... But I placed a mobile order 30 minutes ago and still have not gotten my coffee... People who ordered WAY after I got here are getting their drinks... When I asked someone, he just picked up the ticket... Apparently mobile order tickets come out from a different place than the rest... Whats the point of placing a mobile order? And now that I mentioned my order, they are still making the other drinks. Its going on 40 minutes.

I LOVE the staff here. I go every morning VERY early. Every staff member is kind, friendly and willing to make me my coffee exactly how I like it. Today I left my purse/wallet there at 6:15am and didnt realize it until 4pm. I went back and they had it waiting for me in the back. Cant thank them enough for saving me from many headaches in trying to figure out how to replace everything in my wallet.

this guy got me bent. i dont know what he on, but he on something. my drink was $4, so i gave him a $20 bill. he give me a $1 back, I was shook. so I told him he gave me the wrong change, he started making this dumb excuse saying that I gave him a $5 bill, um no like i would know if i gave you a $5 bill. long story short Im never going to that Starbucks ever again.

Worst Starbucks experience ever! Ordered online so I wouldnt have to wait. Took my money! Then wasnt ready when I got there 12 mins later and had to wait another 15 min all to find out they didnt have what I ordered in the first place. NEVER go to this Starbucks if you are in the area! Or order online and expect for it to be ready at least.

disappointing. same staff member was ridiculesly rude. didnt hand me back my credit card and was very very unapologetic and rude about it. also found a black rubber in my coffee and yet again staff was unapologetic, it was only the manager that refunded my drink. never coming here again.

Poorly managed with a complete lack of common sense. Waited 20 minutes before leaving without a thing. One register open taking a $90 order, 2 employees leaning on counter listening to the order and doing NOTHING as the line grows and grows. Open a second register maybe??

Used to work there but recently quit due to poor management. Horrible treatment and obvious sexism within the store. Sad because I used to love working there... oh well. Whens there is new management let me know so I wont be uncomfortable in the area anymore.

I normally go through the drive through, however this one day I decided to go inside. I counted five flies inside the food display case. The side area with sugar and stir sticks was filthy and had over flowing garbage. I will never buy food from here again!

A lot of people would think that all Starbucks are made the same but this one is our favorite in town especially with all the people I work with at the hospital, definitely a cut above
