Ive been so excited to try the new Unicorn Frap since its been announced. So I go to Starbucks at Coliseum Crossing in Hampton today after work for it. I ask for it, pay for it and as Im waiting I see a flux of people come in and ask for one too. When the fraps were ready they were all called out in a hurry and the same flux of people ran to the counter to grab theirs. I get up to get mines and all the fraps in the size I asked for are gone. This lady comes back after taking hers to her car puts it back on the counter and takes another freshly made frap. So Im waiting for more to be called out and now more Unicorn fraps are being called out. So I assume the one returned may have been mines. I tell the barista that I think such frap had to be mines but Im not talking it bc someone else took it to their car, brought it back and took another one. She annoying asks me if I want it remade. I tell her Yes Please very kindly. So she takes the frap back but when she gives me one thats Remade she gives me the impression that I personally asked her for the favor like it annoyed her. This Remade frap tasted like she took the same one, blended it and put fresh whipped cream on it. So Thank You Whatever Your Name Is for the magical experience and making me feel foolish for wanting to actually try the frap to begin with. If I could give this no stars I would.

Left my house 30 minutes early to grab some coffee before catching a flight. Skinny vanilla latte and cafe americano. Ended up waiting over 20 minutes for my simple order. She had originally made mine within 7 minutes and when I reached for it she claimed it belonged to someone else and that mine was coming up. So I left it alone and two older white women whom clearly had had their order for a while and were chatting took it and left. I doubt it was theirs. The barista never made my coffee until I reminded her Id been waiting for it for a while already. Thanks for making me nervous about being to my flight on time. Just around the corner from me but next time I think Ill just go to Barnes and Noble.

This place has the worst customer service. I went in there with my boss. They didnt close the lid all the way on her Venti Mocha and when she went to set into her cup holder it had tipped and spilled all over the car seat and all over myself. I went in and let them know what had happened and no one apologized and the staff had a "smug" look on there face. It was awful. In previous experiences they have failed to make drinks correctly. They remade it 4 tiimes and it still wasnt right and there were no apologizes. They really need a new stuff that has customer service experience and willing to help people.

While other reviewers are right in saying it gets a little crowded, I find that a little bit of patience goes a long way. Ive been coming here for about two years and Ive never had an issue with my drinks or the baristas. The employees have never been anything but professional and, perhaps more importantly, courteous. In all the times Ive been coming here, Ive never noticed an employee greet a customer with anything less than a smile. If customers have trouble with the menu, most employees help them out. All in all, this is one of the best stores Ive been to.

Everyone was very nice but the guy who made my drink, Ahmad i think it was, completely messed it up twice. I wanted a pink drink cus I get it so often back home and at other starbucks when i travel so I know how it tastes and looks. I got coconut milk with ice and strawberries on top it wasnt even pink for goodness sake lmfao. So go if you like nice people but dont if you want your drink made correctly.

Store too small, servers too loud, had to wait for servers to finish conversation before getting served. Generally too crowded with not enough space to stand. 2 out of 10 servers are good, all others either not very smart or no customer service skills. I avoid this Starbucks as much as I can and hope that when the new mall is completed that another coffee option is put in, such as Caribou coffee.

As a former Starbucks partner, this store is a major bummer. I visit often, because of its convenient location, and the partners make no effort to make conversation with me - ever. My drink is often incorrect - major things, like no frappuccino syrup in a frappuccino or dairy instead of my order of soy. Wish this store kept up more with the Starbucks idea of a Third Place.

Love we have so many convenient Starbucks. This location was slated to close at one point, but the business took off. It is usually pretty busy. If you want to stop in and use their wi-fi, bring a sweater. This is the coldest Starbucks on the peninsula. So cold it is difficult to work there (maybe that was the plan .. . .LOL) The Baristas here are super friendly.

Visit the store on December 15th 8:21pm and received rude customer service from the shift leader. Completely Ignored.! This isnt the 1st time not too mention he rush your drinkers and leave out the detail in your favorite latte or coffee youve requested. Thank you Ahmad for your excellent customer service and your warm gentle smile.

Awesome experience. The baristas were very fast and efficient making the beverages for everyone in my party. Very clean. My only complaint was that the basket that would have had bags of ground coffee to buy in the front was empty, but I wasnt long to buy one anyway so its all good!! Definitely will be coming back to this location!

Rude young lady with black hair, maybe Morgan? Spilled coffee then tried to still give it to me. When she made another one she just sat it on the counter with the other one still there and never looked up to apologize or here you go or anything. Dirty place and rude young lady. The other 2 employees were nice and polite.

Most of the employees are alright, although the manager Nate is always very rude. There have been several employees that have transfered to another Starbucks because of him. The store is small, and half the time, my drink is not made correctly. I avoid this place constantly.

Me and my boyfriend go in there frequently, in fact we meet there after work for coffee just about everyday to discuss our day. The baristas and the manager Jenny are a joy to talk to while waiting for the food/drinks to be made. Thumbs up people! :)

The entire place looked like garbage, the floors were covered with crumbs and paper, the walls behind the counter were distgusting, the tables both in and out looked like they hadnt been cleaned all day. Two stars because the drink was still good

Served me a sandwich that was completely destroyed. The contents of the sandwich were at the bottom of the sandwich bag and the bread was ripped up. That was my last trip to this starbucks. They charge too much to serve garbage like that.
