Ive been a customer for years now. They always have what I want plus so much more. I wont spend my money nowhere else. They show so much love here. All the employees are cool as hell and the type of people you would kick it with. One time I bought a sick glass monster head piece I mean sick 1 of a kind. Somehow my friend managed to drop it and it broke. The next time I came to the store I told them it got destroyed. They called up the artist that blew the piece and got him to make me an even sicker piece to replace it. They gave me a little discount on the new one. All I can say is all those tobacco worlds and tobacco zones dont have the quality, customer service, selection, or overall coolness as Natural Mystics. If you have the same hobby as me and you havent came thru and checked these guys and girl out. Youre missing out. Stop thru you wont be disappointed. Peace.

Alright everyone! Im in this place , once every 2 weeks , if not once a week and i cant say enough. They NEVER fail to impress and the staff ALWAYS chill. This is my go to place for anything i need. I mean , they have GREAT prices. They really do. I have been to shops all over Va and these guys.. By far the best. I recomend this place to all my friends! I hope everyone gets a chance to go in this place to atleast look around cause the setup , is AWSOME! If i could give more than 5 stars i would. Natural Mystics will always be my go to!

I just moved to the area from PA, and needed a local smoke shop. Im so glad that I found this one. Ive been here multiple times and the multiple staff that Ive run across have been very helpful and friendly. Theyve had everything Ive been looking for as well as some items I didnt know I needed. Great shop, good people, reasonable prices!

Visited this place looking for a flask. Even though they dont sell flasks, they were incredibly professional and friendly, even going so far as to calling other shops in the area until they found someone who sold flasks. Awesome bunch of people, top notch customer service, bar none.
