This stores manager is VERY friendly and will work hard to make sure you are satisfied. No matter the question, he has an answer for you. You never get the feeling that youve left missing something or not knowing something. If you want to find out an answer for a project, be it home or elsewhere, talk to Jack (Store Manager). He knows the right paint for you, what colors would work best where...I have nothing but positive remarks about this place. Definitely a returning customer - no question.

You have to be careful and double check all your orders even if you give them a written list with all the specifics. When they screw up they blame you for not making sure they do their job. Unless you stick it in their face after they make it and before you leave the store...they will always blame you. It is a joke, but they get away with it because there are a few bad apples that try and take advantage of them. Once they forgot to hammer down a lid and it spilled. Guess who they blamed.

Planning to paint your home, visit Sherwin Williams Paints on Main Street in city Fairfax. They have great selection of higher-end, more durable painting supplies than other large chain stores. They have wide range of Color Selection. Moreover, If you signed up as "preferred customer” you would be able to get the preferred customer sale prices.

When this store sold me a can of paint in the wrong finish they refused to let me return it - said people lie all the time to try and return paint. Then they tried to tell me that satin finish paint is the same as eggshell finish paint which just shows that they dont know much about paint. From now on Ill only buy Benjamin Moore or Behr.

The personnel here were great! I was a little unsure of the finishes that I needed and they were very knowledgeable and offered information that helped me make the best decision for my order. Also, very accommodating of my time frame. Will definitely shop here again!
