If youre a recovered addict, and have a prescription for Buprenorphine, dont get it filled here. Especially if you dont have health insurance and can only pick up partial refills every few days. (Its $11 per pill, $9 if you buy more than one- its expensive) The pharmacy staff act kind and clueless to your face but arent quiet and discreet enough when they turn around and begin bad mouthing you. The pharmacist is rude and spiteful, and not only gives you a hard time EVERY TIME you call in, but now refuses to fill it for you. I had 2 days left before my next monthly refill and called in for my last 4 pills and was told "oh its against the law to fill anything else for you, and the computer wont even let me do it". So I told them I was going to call my doctor and they said "go ahead because it wont change anything". Then added I still have 15 days before my next month when in fact I had 2. So I called my doctor, who called them and what do you know... The computer somehow is letting them and I can pick up my prescribed medication. This place is terrible. Even my doctor says her office advises against using them. The only reason Im giving them one star is because there is no "0 star" option. 10 thumbs down, ya jerks.

Although we usually highly recommend Rite aid stores in general, the Pharmacy dept, In this location leaves much to be desired. The Pharmacist is kind and helpful, however the counter staff and assistants are usually clueless and seem very disorganized. Things get misplaced/ lost. Things we are told are ready, in fact are not when we arrive. Prescriptions called in and verified from Drs office " are lost in the system " Just so many problems we have never experienced with other Rite aids. Also when you point out a problem on their end, they seem to get upset with the customer instead of apologising to the customer for the error and increased wait time.
