This is by far the best Beauty supply store in the area. The atmosphere is very friendly and helpful. Their hair is very good quality. The employees always aid their customers with the best of their ability. Lashes are able to be done here and at an affordable price. The This is the only store I can go to and not be stared at like Im going to steal anything. Their chemicals have improved greatly, especially for us natural girls. Hands down, best store. This is a must.

By far the best and only beauty supply store I shop at. They are friendly and at this point know me by face. Always willing to help you out and build a relationship with their customers. They know the products and hair which is a plus. Most stores just love to get you in and out and for you to spend as much as possible but they work with you and ensure you are satisfied before leaving the store. Plus I love their sale.

They trick ppl into buying their old used products by packaging them as new so you dont find out til you get home and go to use it. Then tell you the sale is final when you try to take it back. Every 1 was mean and rude to me when I tried to do a return/exchange. They all ganged up on me. Horrible customer service. They didnt even attempt to listen or solve the issue

I have been coming here for years. The customer service is the best. Like someone else mentioned in a previous review, they dont watch you like youre a thief. And theyre open on Sundays. Love this place!

They are expensive, I could go to another place (which I have) and find cheaper and better hair! I could care less about all the "hellooosss" (so annoying btw) and fake energy in this place!
