This is the best CSC shop in the DC Metro area! Its the ONLY shop with Dark Chocolate. It is better staffed than most of the other shops, and the staff take orders without a fuss. Theyre quick, and we always find the place clean. Its the highlight of our trips to Crystal City, if not the main attraction.

First of all, I asked for a small and so did my friends, but my cup was extra smaller than theirs. And I got charged more but one of my friends got a medium size. When asked about this, both employees seemed flustered and did not redeem my money back. Otherwise, ice cream was good..service not so much.

I have tried each of their signature cakes and must say that they all taste heavenly good, although my favorite one is the Strawberry Passion. Thinking of it now I feel like Pavlovs dog. If you do not have a favorite creamery already, give this one a try!

Cold Stone is good, but this particular location is awesome. Plenty of seating, the line goes quickly and the staff doesnt turn over frequently. Some advice is to get lost in the Crystal City shops afterwards to burn off the calories.

They claim they have dark chocolate and they sold me a regular chocolate and when I asked for a refund they gave me my money short, thats the worst cold stone location

Cold Stone Creamery is a great ice cream parlor. Many flavors of ice-cream, along with a variety of creations. its a nice place to gather for dessert and conversation.

ice cream birthday cake tastes good. however, candles cost $2.95 extra and they dont have balloons or any other birthday stuff.
