Horrible customer service. You all should be more aware of a customers needs. Just simply wanted store credit for a gift that we did not receive the receipt for. Really dont want to be stuck with something I dont need. Very frustrating!!

Shopko is what I think of as the "average" store. Normal prices, normal employees, normal selection...you can get pretty much anything youre looking for here, but there isnt anything particular to draw you to Shopko over other stores.

I usually love Shopko, but I have a hard time going to this one because its so hard to find out the prices of different items. So many price tags are missing or not easily marked. Something that definitely needs to be improved.

The employees here are nice and very easy to work with. They provide services that other pharmacies including other Shopko Pharmacies wont do. The old staff was really friendly and good, still getting used to the newer ones.
