ZERO STARS!!! The owners, Monica and Sarah, are totally dishonest, unfriendly, and rude. We took some stuff in to sell on Saturday and the cashier told us to leave it there until early the next week when a manager could get us a quote. The owner called the next Monday and left us a voicemail. We werent able to call back until Tuesday. Thats when they told my wife they would give us nowhere near the value of the items. (Incidentally, we asked another KidtoKid store how much they would give us for the same stuff. They were willing to give us more for one item than this store was willing to give for the whole lot.) When my wife told them that we would come pick up our stuff instead, they said that they already sold one of our things even before we gave them authorization to. When I called to discuss the situation, the owners would just talk over me and acted like I had not clue what I was talking about. I tried to explain that their cashier agreed to hold the items for a manager to review (not sell), but Monica and Sarah wouldnt even listen. Its like they learned their tactics from working for a debt collector. Then, when we showed up to get the rest of our stuff, they couldnt even find it all. So we didnt get paid the value of the item they sold and we didnt even get the rest of our stuff back. I would never recommend doing business with these types of people. They think they are always right and that consumers are just suckers to be taken advantage of.

It was quite a hassle to get here in 5 oclock traffic, dragging a little one in tow. I had a single item to trade in and wouldnt you know it I missed the cutoff for trading in items by 10 minutes ( I arrived at 5:40 and trade-ins stop at 5:30). Fortunately they were really slow and their store is open much later than 5:30 so they were accommodating since I only had one item. Just kidding. They basically told me to take a hike since I hadnt made the 5:30 cutoff. There was zero interest in being helpful despite multiple cashiers just standing around. Totally within their rights of course, better to follow the letter of the law and all that, right? Given the difficulty getting there quickly after a work day and the completely lackluster impression their customer service made, you can imagine Ill be back soon. Not really.

I recently brought in items to sell and left them at the store overnight because the associates said it was better to have the manager do the buy. I come back the next day because I received no call/voicemail as I was told I would, to see about my stuff. As I walk in I see my stuff is already around the store marked to sell, what I could find, and then I am told they are only giving me $21 for everything which was hardly fair. I was pretty much forced to take the cash because here was no way they could track down my items which were many. I will never be doing business with them again and will be filing a complaint with the BBB. This was outrageous and I am amazed an owner of a business would do something as dirty as this.

What a great store. I love getting my kids clothing here. What I love is, the unique clothing items I find here. They have lots of accessories as well. I especially love all the hair bows and clips that are available. You can find them in every color. I always take my kids old clothing in and excange for store credit. I can get several outfits for the price of one. And I love that I will not likely see another kid around town in the same outfit. They have alot of new items too, which is nice. I sometimes excange my kids clothing and toys and use the credit to buy birthday presents for my nieces and nephews.

New Owner = lower quality items. I used to find some great upscale brands here (Janie and Jack, Gymboree, Ralph Lauren, Nordstrom, various boutique brands...), but they dont have the same selection anymore. I dont even bother going there these days, Im usually disappointed by the selection and frustrated by the crowded aisles. Every time Ive sold there, theyll offer only a very small percentage of what they then turn around and sell my items for. RIp off! Sell your items elsewhere!

Came to this location today after a failed attempt at the WVC location. The owner is on top of her knowledge regarding how to resell used items, as well as keeping a smaller location organized and not smelling of a thrift shopp. I will continue to shop this location for future used items. Thanks for the great customer service today and re building my faith in Kid to Kid stores.

This is the best Kid to Kid in the state. Super clean, the staff is always friendly and the owners are extremely helpful. If you have any concerns about this store you clearly dont know how this type of retail store works. They give the best return percentage on selling items and make it very easy to sale.

Love the new look and feel of the store! I used to shop here and it was always dirty and felt like a "second-hand" store, but now with the new owners, it is so clean and bright. I always find some cute clothes for my 2 year old son and the staff is so helpful and friendly.

We had the opportunity to visit the Holladay Kid to Kid recently while in town for our grandchildren. We sold some clothes and took store credit to replace them. The process was fast and efficient and we got some great new items for their wardrobe. Love Kid to Kid.

These ladies were wonderful. I have lost a child and they were so sensitive to the matter and making sure I didnt want to sell anything that I really couldnt give up. It was a wonderful experience and am truly thankful for their sensitivity and kindness. Thanks
