Every time I go in Something rings up the wrong price in the register. I get so tired of having to watch the prices at checkout. Last time the man made me take him around the store to check the prices with him. It takes up my time when I come in. Close to the 4th of July. My husband and I checked out with a gluten free item. The price was wrong. The bag boy and cashier checked it in two different spots in the store and found that I was right. The manager that day checked and said they were in the wrong spot in both displays but would not give us the lower price. I think his name was Teg or something close to that. Very blonde to white haired kid. We were totally insulted and found this to be very poor customer service. I have shopped at this store for 5+ yrs and Im guessing you still get business because your the only store close or people dont pay as good attention as I do, but a dollar here .50cents there add up after a while. I have been going out of town now most of the time, but still need things in a pinch. I hope this problem can be addressed, so I can have good experiences moving forward and can give you more business.

Soelbergs virtues are twofold: proximity to Stansbury Park and excellent cookies/bakery items. Beyond that, theres not much to see here that is different than any other grocery store. Their prices are high on general grocery goods, so for large trips youll certainly save money going into Tooele or West Valley. However, for the 3-5 item after-work list on the way home, theyre a great option. Shop their sales and youll do just fine. Im glad theyre there and hope they continue to do business in Stansbury Park for the forseeable future!

Have always been met with very helpful and friendly staff. The selection is fair for the size, and the store is always clean and maintained nicely. The only con i can think of is the price of product seems to be a bit higher than average in comparison to Walmart or Maceys. I shop here for some basics, but for other items I drive into Tooele for. Would have been 5 stars otherwise.

A bit more expensive than other stores but its only 3-4 minutes away instead of 15 away in much busier Tooele. Great bakery and deli! Only complaint is that they run out of some things quite often and they either dont notice or dont bother to restock. Finding way too many of one item filling up space where another one thats sold out should be happens a lot, too.

The meat counter made my family sick Their scanners are wrong a lot you will be overcharged... They have "stupid" signs up at the registers telling you to end your phone call or they wont wait on (Hilariously Stupid) Out of Stocks consistently Over priced on most things Do youself a favor drive to Tooele to shop.....

As long as you buy a few things that are in the ad, youll make up for the otherwise slightly higher prices. I actually drive past Wal-Mart to shop here because I buy less random crap that I dont need. Oh, and because their produce is amazing.

Most of the prices can be quite high, but it beats driving into Tooele if youre only grabbing a few things. The produce was great quality. The staff is always very friendly and the checkers work quickly. I would recommend it.

Love Soelbergs! The bakery is amazing (seriously the best bread, doughnuts and pastries). The staff is awesome. So much better than going to Wal-Mart even if its priced a little higher.
