I go to this Walmart at least 3 times a week to get items. The shelves are fine when Im there and parking is fine. If it was a bad walmart then why are they always packed. Some staff needs more training especially with the finger pointing instead of takes ng customers but they are great to me and when I ask them to look for something they even go in the back. Great way to get savings and I love this Walmart. They are clean and professional. Buses are there for people and black Friday they have that organized. If you hate black Friday so much keep your ass home. Its not walmarts fault they run out of things. People like walk mart. Wake up early and shop instead of when the day is half over. If you dont like something then instead of complaining and not doing nothing and writing bad reviews. Go to customer service or a manager cuz I know you can always get one. And politely let them know. They dont know what to fix if you dont speak up. So I say keep this walk mart and never bring a target. Target is high priced for crap. I love this Walmart better then tgevone in bullhead thats for sure more organized. It doesnt have to be open 24 hours to be a super center. I like the hours they have now. Thank you Walmart for always being there for me. I had to use their pharmacy and they were so sweet and helpful especially when my puppies got sick. Thanks so much for the Walmart staff

This review is not based on the actual store, but employee of this Walmart. I was eating at Carls Yr. today, which is located close by Walmart, when two employees wearing Walmart jackets and IDs came in and ordered food. One of them had name tag "Eva", lady about 50 years old with gray hair. Right after they ordered she started complaining loudly about how long they have to wait for food (they got their food in less than 10min). Than she started screaming and THROWING food everywhere because she got cheeseburger instead of double cheeseburger. A employee of Carls Jr. came quickly, apologized and offered free meal, but she continued throwing food and screaming. So the manager came and very politely offered her money back, but she threw the food into managers face. I was about to ether start recording this or to call a police. She got her money back, still yelling at poor girl who did nothing wrong. After she left everyone in the restaurant eating just looked around, while the manager was crying so bad, I literally couldnt finish my food after that. I will NEVER shop in this Walmart again in my life, and I will be calling the store tomorrow to report this employee because even if the was on her break or off the work, she was wearing Walmart clothes and ID, and did not represented well company that she works for.

Kingman Az. is a friendly town and Walmart is great location for RV parking on your way to your destination, there is lots of restaurants all around !!! The elderly cashier ladies working at this Walmart are very hard workers, use some kindness and you will get a sweet smile back. The store is clean & great stock . The equal opportunity job cant talk louder at this Walmart. =) Only thing I will recommended to improve is open a few registers on the evening hours. You want to consider the elderly and handicapped suffer fiscally pain (Not just headache) waiting for the only one register open and the frustration of the people waiting is contagious. Single mothers that work all day standing 25 to 35 minutes holding a crying baby... is hard for all to see. =( I understand corporation trying to cut cost trying to save us some money but it will be nice if you consider that on the evenings all the working people do their shopping needs. There is always hope... Just put some of your awesome employers in the evenings... please ! Then I will be happy to give this Walmart the 5 stars. Thanks .

Malwart Urchins Walmart workers have to be the lowest class of workers in the world. Many of these workers have no standards, no morals, no consideration or respect for their customers. They will just lie to the customers, say anything to get out of doing their job. Yeah, yeah, yeah, we have it - and they never checked anything, its all lies. I called here and asked if they had a certain item. The guy in hardware said, "Yeah, yeah, yeah, we have it." I said, "Can you get someone to look and make sure because I have never seen this item at your store." He comes back and says, "Yeah, the lady in that department says we have them in stock." I drive over there, knowing that they do not have this item. When I arrive, there is no lady and there is no item. Yeah, yeah, yeah, its just all lies. A complete waste of time and gas. I dont work there and I know more than them? it"s ridiculous. These workers are nothing but a bunch of lazy, incompetent, dysfunctional imbeciles. MALWART Always low prices, wages & quality Always

I just moved to Kingman at the start of the year and needed to do some late night shopping. I called to see if they had what I was looking for. No answer. I waited 5 minutes and tried again. No answer. I waited another 10 minutes and tried again. No answer. Frustrated, I just drove there. Walked by the customer service desk to see 3 women talking and laughing. I took out my phone and dialed. I heard the phone ring and they acted like they didnt even hear it. Are you serious!? I told myself that it had to have been an isolated incident. Now to today. I needed a router for my new house I bought out here so they could hookup my internet connection. I called a few minutes after 6:00 which it even shows on Wal-marts web site is when they open. No answer again. I waited 10 minutes. No answer. I tried again 30 minutes later and still no answer. This place is a joke. I will happily take my business elsewhere and I personally recommend that anyone thinking of shopping here to consider going somewhere else

Terrible returns department experience,they profile and treat you as if you are perpetrating a scam if you do not have a receipt. Gifts are a bad idea from here if you do not plan on including the receipt with the gift they will also only give you the clearance price on the item gifted back in gift card etc.Two thumbs down.Do you think a mom and pop would be so negative to deal with on a gift return. Negative from the first sentence spoken.Bad vibes in this dept.They should use auto register all receipts to your email if they do not trust there own customers as other businesses like Harbour Freight do.= no Hassels by undertrained employees on humanity and no clearance prices on credit back!!!!!! How to ruin your day ,just come here with a gift return and walk out pissed off!!!!!

I shop once a month on ssi, and food stamps (54.00 mo) no matter what day of the month I shop at walmart, There are never products on their shelves, it does not matter in which dept you look in, not to include the price increases, or the fact that one possible 3 registers are open. I have made complaints online, which have gone unanswered, and also shopped online in the past, and have had NOTHING but BAD experiences with Walmart. Managers stand around just collecting a paycheck, and Im tired of paying them with my BELOW min wages.... OH yeah, forgot to include that their food goes bad prior to the expire dates, and I cant afford other places to shop... but I guess they are PUSHING people away!
