I have ordered eye glasses and contact lenses from Costco and have been very pleased with the results! I did, however, feel very rushed through my exam and fitting with my contact lenses. I left the store unable to put my contacts in or being instructed about how to properly care for them. Thank goodness my husband could help me with that. End result is that Ive never been more satisfied with eyeglasses and my contacts are perfect for my needs. Optometrist needs to allow more time for customers.

Optometrist was nice but after two attempts my prescription is not right. I paid for contacts that I never used or through away when then didnt work. He never apologized or took responsibility and rather he kind of argued with me and said the script was "right " despite not being able to read my computer screen or a book. Very frustrating. Costco is great but Im going to an eye doctor that is elsewhere.

We have been really impressed with the quality of service and the care weve received here. My husband is diabetic they were able to catch an early development in a deteriorating condition that wouldve gone untreated without the attention to detail given. The attending optometrist referred us to my husbands current specialist. Thank you.

I had a very complicated situation trying to order glasses for my son and Shelley came through with flying colors trying to solve the problem. She went beyond expected customer service, tracked down the problem and got it solved. Hooray! and a big thanks to Costco Vision center.

If I could give the optical department zero stars I would. The customer service is absolutely terrible. Ive been purchasing eyeglasses and contacts here to save money but Ive had enough. Im taking my business elsewhere. I dont mind paying extra for better customer service.
