The man whom I spoke with today helped me figure out that I needed to check the IAC valve after which I found out I have oil saturation into the air intake system. Ive previously replaced the spark plugs twice on this vehicle already. Other mechanics couldnt do what this clerk at Auto Zone led me to figure out about my vehicle. Im glad he spent time with me and talked with me about the vehicle I was driving. Very helpful. And to think, I was going to go to a different auto store originally. That wouldve been a mistake.

These guys were LIFESAVERS. We are from out of town and our car broke down on a Sunday. With the managers help, we replaced our battery and our alternator. We were back on the road in no time! The prices were very reasonable and the customer service was amazing. Thanks autozone!

Just spent 25 mins in there in line and all i needed was oil. Service was Mayberry, Barney Fife slow. I left before I was able to purchase what I needed. I went to ORielly next to Autozone and was in and out in under 5 mins.

Not as bad as most visits, the salesman all helped 1 customer per employee. Most other locations have several employees team up on 1 customer leaving many more in line to be helped.
