Ive used this location many times and had decent service. But today it was terrible. I went in and a lady there couldnt care less about my package. She didnt give me any shipping options, just a total. Then I realized it was just going via USPS, when she started writing the address on my package. She miss spelled much of it and it was barely legible. I had to ask for an extra label to cover it up and rewrite it myself. When I was done she just took the package without putting the stamp on it and set it on the back counter. I asked for the stamp sticker and she said shed get it, but just turned to help someone else. Im so uncomfortable trusting my Grandpas birthday gift with her that Im writing this in the parking lot and going back inside to make sure the stamp was taken care of.

Upon my arrival after having a online retail store and doing business with the ups for 4 years and I walked in and handed my package to the employee and before he started to process the package into the system he looked at me like I am a new species "Alien" and has me sign a paper regarding their regulations and rules which didnt make sense at all. So I called the corporate office and had them look into it and they told me it usually never happens and how people judge you because your foreigner and not white thats really unprofessional. Disappointed me in their services they provided me just like some of the UTAH Racist people.

Went to drop off a package. There was already a guy helping a customer when a lady came out to help me. She had ear buds in and didnt say a word to me through the whole transaction. Simply reached for my drop off and handed me a receipt. The redeeming factor of this visit is that I was in and out under 2 minutes.

The other UPS stores in the area dont answer their phones but these guys do. Friendly staff and very professional notary services. Would use again!

They remodeled the store. It looks neat now. They have computer where you can print out return labels the free.
