I bought my watch in November 2016. The battery was supposed to last for 6 months. So like clockwork (no pun intended), I needed a new battery around May 2017. I went in and they replaced it within 2 minutes and I was on my way. A month later the battery died again. I thought it must have just been a faulty battery, so I just went in and got it replaced again. When it died again less than a month later (its July by this point) I realize something else is wrong. So I explain the situation over the phone. They ask me to bring it in to check it out. They verified that the watch was not working as intended and so they checked the battery. When they found that the batter was not, in fact, dead, but rather there was something wrong with the watch, they walked over to the wall, grabbed a new watch (the same exact model), took it out of the box and handed it to me. This whole process took about 3 minutes. Even if I didnt like the watch (which I adore, by the way - the fossil q Tailor) I would purchase from them again JUST for their customer service. Slow clap for Fossil.

I have worn and liked the Fossil brand very much over the years. My last dealings with the Fossil brand have been with the Fashion Place Fossil location. This location has the worst customer service I have ever dealt with and I was not born yesterday. The management of this store clearly screwed up on a transaction (as they admitted to the mistake) and have done the worst job of rectifying the situation that I have ever encountered (In other words did not rectify the situation at all). This less than memorable experience will forever keep me from purchasing from this establishment and probably from buying the fossil brand of anything anywhere.

I went in the store to look at watches, the staff was very friendly and welcomed me to the store. I was helped by Cali. She knew all the answers to my questions, and was very helpful. She went above and beyond to help me with a warranty issue with a watch I had purchased a year ago! I am super impressed with the staff at this store, and the fossil brand/company! They have earned a fossil customer for life! Ive been FOSSILIZED!

Jabriel is a very helpful and friendly employee at this location. I was very impressed by him and I would come back again to purchase at this store JUST to deal with him. That is what excellent customer service and good employees do- it brings customers back.
