I have been coming to this 7 Eleven and the one on 48th & State for 5+ years and never have I Ever had a problem. Today, on the other hand, I have had ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE Ive ever had. Their "Manager" Jerry treated me like an illiterate uneducated child and his condescending remarks were absolutely terrible. Not only did he contradict himself 3 times but he then proceeded to call me a liar and a fool. He said the cheese for the nachos was not free and that his owner Timone (dont know how its spelled) said not anymore. When I said "well Ive been buying it here for years" he said "not here you havent, not in my store." he said "thats NEVER been allowed" but then in the next sentence when i said "the nachos clearly state on their advertisement thats its free cheese and chili with the nachos" he said "well you can get it but it would be a buck fifty or something like that" and I said "but wait you just contradicted yourself, you said it was NEVER allowed, but ok Im willing to pay $1.50" he then replied " the owner told me its no longer allowed and its never been allowed in my store." This Jerry guy contradicted himself and then told me to get out when i said "whats your owners name and phone #" he then told me to, and i quote, "get out of my store kid, go to another 7 eleven, you dont know anything." I AM NOT HAPPY AT ALL. I took pictures of all their advertisments that show how wrong he is and i have a recording. BBB complaint following this review also. 06/28/15 22:45

If I could give negative stars I would.. The guy who works morning on the weekends, Dave is a pompous ass, has no people skills whatsoever, is always rude for no reason!
