I usually stop at this specific 711 maybe twice a month at 4 a.m. in the morning. Usually its the same guy almost every single time except once. Every time my husband and I go in there he has an extremely ignorant attitude and does whatever is possible to be rude. Hes so disrespectful. Today in particularly I was more frustrated than ever before. I went to pay with a debit card and my strip is wearing down on the card. After swiping in a few times it says to hand to the cashier for some reason out of all the stores in Utah it is only one that will not manually enter your card number because supposably people are making fake debit cards and stealing money from them. These are credit card machines! They know how to tell whether or not its a fake card! So he embarrassed me and my husband by not helping us at all to complete the purchase. Thatll be the last time I or my husband go there! And if anyone knows how I can get ahold of his boss please let me know!

This store has the best customer service I have ever experienced. At most convenience stores youll be in line with four other customers with only one teller while three other employees are stocking or doing food prep or chatting in the back. Not at this store. No matter what the staff are doing they drop it and open another register or two or three if they need to. The best work ethics Ive ever seen. Dave

I didnt know that 7-11 had a distinctive smell until I walked in here. Day old Hotdogs and Coffee, a little hint of spilled slurpee and some gasoline. On July 7th (7/11) of every year, they offer great discounts!

Friendly employees! Great coffee at great prices. Make my own latte with steamed milk from their flavored coffee machine, add some vanilla flavoring and coffee and it tastes great. And doesnt cost 5 dollars.
