I went to get some essential oils and look for a particular supplement. I looked over the oils for about ten minutes or so, during this time another customer walked in and was so warmly greeted while my presence still was not acknowledged. I had finally selected all the oils I wanted. Then I headed to the supplements section and started to look around aimlessly til I finally went to the counter and asked for help the young lady quickly told me they didnt have that, and I explained it was a folic acid she hastily looked on the computer and then walked to the aisle and looked up and down the shelf to turn to me and say nope we dont have that combination and walked off. As I googled on my phone to see if it would be named something else under the brands they carry. She went on to ask the other customer if she was finding everything ok, and inquired what she was looking for came back to the aisle I was on and went above and beyond by asking this customer relevant question as to what she wanted the supplement for. Ironically I was looking for the same reasons that this customer was. She started to give her plenty suggestions and alternatives as I stood her googling trying to help myself yet again with my presence being ignored. At that point I was extremely offended and politely walked over and handed her my basket with at least $150 in oils and let her know I would go spend my money where its welcomed. Instead of apologizing her and the manager just looked at me as she said I looked it up for you and told you we didnt have it. I hate to believe that I was treated this way because of the color of my skin, but when people with skin lighter Than mine entered they were so warmly greeted and extended an offer of assistance. So if your skin is dark take your chances going here if you need assistance, hopefully this was an isolated incidence and not the standard treatment.

I have been a customer for many years and have been completely satisfied in every aspect of my business with them. They are knowledgeable about their products and make good and very genuine recommendations. In fact, they will sometimes recommend against buying a product if, in their experience, they believe it will not provide the results you expect. They listen to their customers and have amassed an enormous amount of personal recommendations, so they will tell you what other customers have said about specific products. Furthermore, they constantly update the products they carry to reflect the desires of their clients and the best values they can find for their clients. Its a truly remarkable business with high integrity and performance. If only all our businesses would operate with similar values!

Great variety of products. Love the 20% off on Mondays. I will say though, Ive been in a handful of times, and some days, the customer service is great & some days I am invisible. Wish that was more consistent for such a small store.
