The guy who works there named Chris is extremely rude and Im not the only patient who dreads when I get him on the phone in fact Im going to start asking to speak to someone else when he answers because he is extremely upsetting and not good for my health. When a patient calls about a mix up of their medication and tries to figure out what went wrong to avoid a repeat of the situation he basically accuses the patient of trying to argue and accuses them of bringing up the pass and going in circles. Its like pulling teeth to keep him to admit one of the employees made a mistake and when he finally does you can forget an apology. Youd think he is the sick patient dying from a terminal disease the way he treats people at time. Until you forget hes a paid pharmacist just being ungrateful. He even argues with patients about what he thinks is cheap and not a big amount to pay making them feel about about being poor.

My dog has to take a compound medicine that is unfortunately very hard to find elsewhere, and every time her doctors office calls in a refill, the prescription is either not ready or cant be found, even though I received a call stating it was ready for pick up. This has gone on for a couple years. On more than one occasion the prescription could not be found because it was filed under a different last name or different letter completely. My last two visits lasted 30 minutes, for a simple pick up, because the prescription was never filled. Its run so poorly I would pay twice as much to go somewhere else or use an online pharmacy to avoid the perpetual headache.

Oakdell is in a class of its own. For the last 8 years Ive gotten to know these people so well, some by first name. I only stop by about twice a month for my wife & I (a physician herself) but Ive really felt like theyve been a second family to us. The amount they care about their customers is just that great. From the techs to the pharmacists not a single person there has ever shown us anything less than true service. Well miss then when we leave San Antonio this summer. Future pharmacies will have impossible shoes to fill as Oakdell has truly spoiled us.

Worst experience I have ever had!! Last three months I used them and they consistently screwed up every damn prescription!! Last time after calling in same prescription 3 different times they said they didnt have any record of it and even had audacity to call my wife a liar!! Wasted so much time calling in prescriptions and being put on hold and transferred back and forth for over 30 minutes. Very frustrating and extremely poor customer service. Would not recomend them to my worst enemy. I dont see how they stay in business!!!

I have been using this pharmacy for 8 years. Some bad hires must have happened in rhe recent months. Had a delivery scheduled, 12 phone calls to confirm the delivery was going to be made (to sick to drive, pretty important) no delivery, no phone call, no option to pick up instead-NOTHING! Perhaps a good evaluation of internal operational protocols is something Oakdell should consider OR rename "Delivery Service" to "We may deliver or maybe not".

Walked in at 1:15 pm...More employees than customers and every employee has the ability to ignore you. I could have made a scene but instead left word with the cashier who was on the phone talking about lunch. I find them believing that we need them more than they need us. They got 1 star only because thats how I could post this. They lose my business and recommendations.

Horrible experiences! They screwed up my prescription all 3 times Ive used them. Ive been stuck with them because they compound medications such as creams. Im going to ask my doctor to send me some where else. All the people in line also had screwed up orders. Cant believe they are still in business!!

Do not go here .. Customer services is the worst they lie about delivery time* if the product is stock * everything Employee are unknowable, rude and you can hear them gossip to one another No one likes answering the phone.. called over 8 times Go to CVS OR WALGREEN JUST SOMEWHERELSE

Never came to my door to deliver my medicine, I ran out of my meds over the weekend wound up in a complete pain crisis. They were gone on Labor Day as well. I was told to go to the ER when I had already paid for my meds going to the ER just continues to increase my bills.

I have yet to have a bad experience with OP. They have worked hard to get my special compound medication ready for me within a day. Everyone here is extremely nice and helpful. I will continue to use them as long as I need their services. I highly recommend.

They had a lot of useful items there. Not what was looking for though. They were customer friendly on the phone when I call before heading over. When I got there I walked around no one was available to help at the time.

Really pleasant on phone. Lots of variety of products. They have more products than Stone Oak. Sometimes it takes a week to fill a compound RX. Usually its 1 to 2 days.
