Th inkt reason I rated as a one is because there isnt a lower option.to choose from. First no one greeted us, in the store about 20 minuets was never even acknowledged. Second, and much bigger issue is a major training issue. Apparently the cashier was never trained how to work the register. Couldnt tell my sister how to use credit instead of debt, timed her register out, tried to RN card three times, still couldnt get sale to go through, manager wouldnt go over to take care of issue, which cost your store to lose money. Im really happy to see a business doing so well that they can a ford to lose money and future business. As for my family ad I we will no longer grace this particular Melrose on Goliad Rd. We are happy to spend our money elsewhere.

Ok yall didnt greet me, but yall greeted everyone else?! Well I took my money (I had a lot on me) elsewhere! AND I called the company to let them know their rude employees costed the company to lose money.
