The cashier was rude and nasty. I should have been the next in line because I was returning shoes but she took a man before me so when I finally get to the register I say something about it and she said to me, I was taking purchase and then returns. I say to her then I should have been next. She then says okay then sorry. I gave her my receipt and she was trying to give me a gift card. I then say no I want this back on my card and she said you need a receipt. I look at her and say its in your hand. She then says pooh. I swipe my card and ask to speak to the manager whom was very nice and apologetic. This is a Ross I go to all the time and every time Im there I have problems with this same cashier. I will never go to this Ross again. Ross is worth shopping at so if I have to drive a little out its worth it. Thank you, Ms L.A.. ReedHudson

Fitting lady was very rude. Tried on a few clothes and came out considering no one was there for a few minutes. Hung the number up and went along looking at stuff. She goes running after me out of no where yelling "I NEED TO COUNT THOSE!!!!" So rudely...If your not gonna do your damn job from the start then work somewhere else. Im not gonna sit there and wait for you to come back when your talking and laughing with other workers. Then I leave and the door lady just gave me an ugly look and didnt even say have a good day or anything. If your gonna look miserable go home... Just saying. Find a better job

Horrible customer service. From start to end. The lady fixing the shirts kept getting in my way and indirectly shoving me away. The lady at the dress rooms was rude, luckily another lady took her place and she was nice. The check out lady was rude. Then the security watched me push the cart to the front... I didnt want to just leave it there, which I shouldve he didnt help me put it away.. instead my keys for stuck in the cart and he just kept starring at me, so I told him dont just stare at me. He laughed. Never spending money here again. Ill just go to the Austin hwy location. Yall suck.

Im usually one of the first customers of the day. With that in mind the store is organized and clean. This is a busy location so I imagine it may seem disorganized at times. In my experiences the staff are working hard to stock new items and keeping the store clean. I am in this store 2-3 times a week. Some weeks I may find 5-10 items I like, others I wont find anything in my size or taste. Definitely see good discounts on a fair share of items, and many well-known brands.

Bad service. You get treated like crap to shop there. Can not even do their job, not even do the simple task of putting your receipt in the bag, you have to do it yourself. So if you forget your receipt, and have to return something youre screwed. Next time taking my service else where.

Always something nice or cute to find for reasonable prices. Sometimes the store can be a little messy with clothing in the floor and the accessories shelves messy but I still enjoy my visit and the cashiers and sales people are always nice.
