Im your typical pain in the butt customer. Demanding, Cheap, want changes in the last minute...etc...I hate customers like me. So I order a sign from Fast Signs and Im already expecting "Well sir thats not our policy or my favorite "let me ask my manager" then be put on hold forever. What a surprise when NONE of that came true with Fast Signs. They were awesome and I dont throw that term around very often especially in these days of customer non-service. I ask what sizes she gave them to me. I asked the price and she gave me a price AND a discount. Of course I changed the original order she said "no problem" AND DID IT ! She was in constant contact with me and gave me updates on the project. If you are looking for a great customer experience or just in the market for a excellent employee call Fast Signs and ask for Courtney.

SLOW SIGNS!!! I proved art work, what to say in the sign, and an example of exactly what I wanted the sign to look like. They were going to charge me 350 bucks plus tax and it was going to take 2 weeks to get it done, and no discount because I was going to miss my deadline be cause of their lack of communicstion!! Do not go here if you expect some thing fast. Go to Signs by Tomorrow ..they did a custom job for me and it took less time!

Fast Signs does great work. You call them, tell them what you want, and theyll make it happen. The only thing that keeps them from getting 5 stars is that they work regular business hours (8 to 5). Business doesnt stop, and I might need to put in an order at 8PM or on a Saturday morning. Nevertheless, theyll gete the job done.
