I have never had a problem here before, it is close to where I live and the prices are reasonable for a neighborhood store. I used to work at a large retail liquor store so I was very disappointed with my experience today when I showed up at 8:55pm and the employee rudely said the guy leaving was the last and she was closing. Being a regular I wasnt coming to just buy my usual order, today was my fathers birthday and I was going to buy him a gift. So now you lost a customer who regularly spends $50 a week but also the extra $100 today. I know there is a grace for customers in the store and I would of literally spent 5 minutes. So to the owner your employee cost you a $200 a month customer and I didnt get my dad his favorite tequila because she wanted to leave early. The only reason this isnt a one star is because you have a nice clean store with a good inventory at reasonable prices.

The lady with the long white hair that they currently have working there is so rude and disrespectful that it is worth driving further away to get what I need. When I first moved to this area there was a guy working there who was so service oriented and helpful. This new lady is always in a bad mood and makes me wish I had not gone there. For the sake of business, the owners should definitely consider training her on customer service.

Upon making a comment about prices being quiet high compared to specs, I was told to "go ahead and burn gas and go to specs, not trying to be ugly, but you may go to specs" I said thank you, gladly drove to specs and saved 50+ dollars and "burned" a dollar worth of gas
