Let me start off by saying that most of the lower employees at this place are incredibly nice, sweet people, generally professional, and I truly mean that. Super nice people work here...in lower positions. My wife and I go to this store all the time because its close to home. All of that said...this store has a night manager (older white guy) who just doesnt seem to understand common courtesy. He told me tonight, after I had walked into the store without any problems or urgency on anyones part, with about 10 or so (?) minutes till closing time and only just 60 seconds after I had walked in, grabbed my items casually, and was walking toward the front to check out, in a weird-energy voice that the store was closing...and in such an urgent and discourteous way that I thought he was basically saying "Hey you, get the hell out of our store right NOW!" Really, Walgreens?? Really?? This is not the first time this guy has behaved like a total jerk to me and to other customers as I looked on, completely dumbfounded. Some of his favorite maneuvers include abandoning a checkout register while people are waiting in line (often it has been myself), without even saying a word, and with no one else to check anyone out. EVERYONE looks at each other with a "wtf!" look on their faces and comment how oddly he runs his store. So, go to the store if you are not willing to drive to another Walgreens, but dont be surprised by the weird and uneven treatment youll receive from this loser night manager no matter how regular a customer you may be. Its not about being courteous, its about how important the goofball night manager thinks he is and how little he cares about the Walgreens brand (enough so that hes willing to show you with a pretty awkward and rude routine). DEAR REGIONAL WALGREENS MANAGER: What were you thinking in hiring someone as night manager without the least bit of manners? Oh yeah, the same you were thinking when hiring the Hwy 6 and Richmond Ave Walgreens night manager (younger white guy with psychotic personality disorder). Must not be a very easy to fill position, I am gathering. And just to let you know that this is not about white people in some racist way, I happen to be white myself.

They dont check for expired dairy products. I even called the store to let then know and they acted as if it was no big deal. "Hi, I just bought some coffee creamer, then got home and realized it was nearly a month past expiration. So I just wanted to let your store know, to maybe double check your dates".. The rep said, "Sure,Yeah, no problem"... No, "Im Sorry" or "Bring it back and get a refund"..NOTHING.. It was obvious that No F×cks were given.. unbelievable...

I called in to ask if there are school supply package there. The lady (I did not hear her name) picked up the phone and I asked "Could you please check if you have the school supply package for me?" She did not answer and just hang it up on me. I called back and she did again. Twice. She was so rude and so meant.

Slowest pharmacy ever. Never waited less than 30 minutes,whether its drive thru or walk in,peak times are much,much longer than that. Sadly,its the most convenient location,so not much choice. Get it together Walgreens Pharmacy!!

Manager denied me sale because i used a store coupon with a manufacturing coupon and my total was 1 dollar. He was like its on sale so u cant use it. I mean walgreens if your not going to sell product do not put it on sale....

If I could give it zero stars I would... slowest place ever! The pharmacy dept always takes forever. Seems like they cant handle more than 1 person at a time. Ridiculous!!!!

Theres always an issue with getting prescriptions filled. They dont bother to call to keep you in the loop. Twice Ive check my RX status shows ready, get there and its not.

Rude, unfriendly, expired products. Ive had expired drinks three times from this place. Guess its my fault for not checking before I buy them. Waste of time and money.

I usually go in to get some cosmetic items and the Hispanic woman that works in that department is always so friendly and helpful. The front staff not so much.
