This is usually a really great location, clean, fast, and friendly. But I went there today and they were closed....at 3 oclock in the evening. I had to use the restroom and my tank was on Empty, and the lady who was inside cleaning did not bother to even look up. As a former convenient store manager, I understand that in inclement weather, the system shuts down. But, there are more things other than purchases that can help the customers,....like a public restroom! Maybe a brief explanation to concerned customers could diffuse misunderstandings. Or maybe I simply wanted to ask for directions. But this young lady went out if her way to ignore the knock on the door. I will continue to frequent this store due to overall performance, but I will probably call ahead to ensure they are open.

By far the worst Stripes Ive ever visited!The quality of the store and products are great as expected but the customer service, especially by a certain individual, M! Never a friendly greeting, even when you greet him first. Whats worst is his immmature gestures verbally and non verbally. It certainly makes for a bad experience.
