Dear, Rosendo Medina, Manager, We just experienced a tragic encounter with your employee Norma at the customer service desk. We were initially greeted and waited on by Dom (Dominck?) at maybe around 6:15 p.m. and he was great. I first had a return with receipt which went well then I had another return which ended in tragedy. I had purchased some printer ink cartridges from your store and didnt have the receipt. I went up and asked how the return could be handled. Dom scanned the items and said we could exchange and the value was $131.90. We were thrilled and went to electronics department to get the right cartridges; we had previously purchased 901 and we needed 61. After returning to the desk and having to wait again in line Norma would only take back 2 of the 5 cartridges citing the others were expired. A few minutes ago we had $131.90 per Dom and now only about $31.94 before tax. The deal was already made and then was broken and now to mention we should have definitely been able to return the expired ones since that how you sold them to us. Norma was awful. Dom was great. Sorry it ended like this ;-(

Always remember to take your compensating truck, with the horrible sound exhaust, and take up the maximum amount of parking spaces available. Bonus points if you can also take over a handicapped spot. If you are 15-27, you can also take the electric scooters(because screw the retired and the veterans, right?) and drive them around the store, despite being in your high schools football jersey. While you are in Wal-Mart, be sure to also walk with yo FAM sideways to completely block the entire aisle. Stand there for a long time, even when you see another person trying to get by, just keep believing that the whole world revolves around you. Also make sure to talk as loudly as possible,because everyone LOVES to come shopping and hear your lovely dulcet tones of a cat being processed in a blender with steel ball bearings.

The worst Walmart in the history of the world. The manager is an idiot. Went in at 7 oclock on a Sunday morning. Not another customer in sight. The manager in two employees were standing in the aisle, in front of the Customer Service area, chatting. Went to the customer service desk, no one around. Walk around behind the service desk, looked into the room behind there, and called for help. No response. Walked out and spoke to the manager, still chatting in the aisle, 20 feet away. She stated that someone should be around soon. REALLY??? As I do live in the area, occasionally I need to return to this store. But I would rather taken ass whipping. THIS PLACE SUCKS!

Its about what you expect. It can be hard to find any help if you need to loft something, or get something off a high shelf or any other personal assistance. At high traffic times of day, the lines at check out are quite long. They are fairly well-stocked, though the produce section is small, and sometimes rather wilted. Im not a fan of having my bags checked at the door either, but thats the price to pay to shop closer to home.

I find everything I want, but!!! There are senor people that need to use the riding cart and they are not connect and not charge battery down, management need to check that there are cart on the parking lot and management do not care about elderly, please consider the senor citizens and disable people, that is one about wal Mart do not care of disable or senor citizens

They play games with product locations so you walk miles between commonly purchased items. Pricing not compedetive. Meat is not of quality compared to other local stores. Understocking for the most part. Checkout lanes not staffed - wants you to self checkout, most stations have tech problems and you have to call attendent.

This store seems a little bigger than other Walmarts that I have been to. There were some items also that I havent seen at my local store. They dont have much selection, but they did have something we were looking for. The cashiers are slow since they are little old ladies, but at least they are nice.

Never take your truck here for a oil change bad service and they. Take parts off and never put it back right. They took my under splash off and I was going 70 mph and it came off not only once but twice and all manger can say is i dont know what. To say

I should own stock in this store!!! Seems like I am there at least 3 times a week. You know youre there a lot when the employees know you! :-D I always head to the self checkouts and never have to worry about waiting in line.

Slow service. This is the only time that i can EVER say this, but i actually like dealing with the returns department better than the checkout staff or even the subpar managent who always decides to have one cashier at night.

I can count on this Walmart to be clean and well stocked. The staff is helpful and usually easy to find, and check out is normally a pleasant experience. I am very thankful for the traffic light exiting the store, too.

The main thing I like about this Walmart is that its near my home. The store is hard to navigate, and its almost impossible to find someone to help you. At busy times they sometimes dont have enough checkout lanes open.

Most of the employees are sweet and helpful...the lines move pretty smoothly and the self checkouts are usually all working and have a helpful cashier to help when the machine goes crazy. Pretty nice selection.

I like this Wal-Mart because its very clean and organized. Cashiers and door greeters are friendly but like most Wal-Marts they never have enough check out lanes open.

I needed some dry ice. They didnt have any, I actually think they thought I was trying to pull their leg. All the Wal-Mart in the Corpus Christi area carry it.
