Heavy Early
This is a great location. Lots of teens working at this location, but try are always respectable. I used the online app to order and they got the order wrong. I took it to the manager Hispanic looking guy(didnt catch his name) he apologized, refunded my money, and gave me a free ticket for a drink. They then remade my order in record time. The cook in the store apologized as well. Every time I go into this place I get a Hello and an offer to help with anything in the store. I will always come back to this location. Great job guys.

Convenient location with good gas, and competative prices. QT has, however, upped the price of mid-grade to $.25 over regular and premium to $.50 over regular for no apparent reason. The gas isnt any better than it was. Customer service is hit or miss, depending on whos working at the time. Theres always an apology for something going wrong, but nothings ever done about it. Other QTs are similar, but this on is not the best.

Recently new manager took over and the customer service has declined. Machines are constantly broken. Store has been dirty. I have contacted corporate unsure if they will be contacting me or not.
