Had coupon that expired Saturday that Tina, the mgr would not honor. Had our contractor, who ONLY uses Sherwin-Williams call ahead and authorize us using his account. Im a disabled Vet on a meager pension so every dollar saved is important. Tina, rude and arrogant, and lacking in customer service skills, refused to call him, and verify his account, even after he called and was told "no Problem". Totally avoid this location as possible, as customer is certainly not the main focus, only bottom line!!!! If you hate your job, or act like it, better change professions ASAP.

Very rude woman who answered the phone 8/3/16 @ 10am. If you do not like your job or unsure of what customer service is, might I suggest taking steps towards a profession that brings you joy instead of being condescending and flat out unprofessional. Even if you do not have an answer that is sufficient to a customer, you can still deliver it in a way that does not upset a potential customer. This should not be the face of ANY business!!! Just simply ridiculous!

They take very good care of me. I am in there or ordering paint at least 3-4 times a month. All I have to do is say my name or company name and the know exactly what I want

Rude workers, bad faces, will sell you the expensive paint if you dont know. Only store Ive felt the workers have bad character on the job
