Just a month after Christmas, and the store looks like it is going out of business. I doubt there is one shelf that is completely stocked. The place is a mess, I understand their policy of allowing the kids to play, but the place looks like a kids room that has never been picked up for at least a year. I went in with my wife to purchase a replacement Glider & Ottoman. We found one that she fell in love with and reasonably priced. We asked the lady that was there in the baby department, about price after tax (There was a 20% off on all baby furniture.) We actually had to pull out our smart phones and figure it out for ourselves, she had no clue. She talked to three other employees while trying to help up... about her not being schedule to work in the department.. eager to be away and gone from helping customers. Another gentleman showed up and she disappeared when he started helping us. I informed the guy I would like the item, and asked if he could see if they had one in stock. He found one and informed us that it was the last and that the previous customer ordered it but when it came in it was the wrong color. Assuming the last customer was just picky (being a baby furniture and all.. maybe first child and all), we bought it and took it home. (Opening it outside to ensure the color.). After assembling it at home, we realized it was the color but not chair or ottoman displayed at store. It did not have the kick plate pull out that we saw in store. Doing some research online, we found out the the display at the store was actually sold separately, priced and labeled wrong. Each individual piece sales for much higher than what they list it for together. Lazy employees who should have checked after the first customer gave away higher priced merchandize because they did not care.

My father called to see if Toys r Us had a Nintendo Classic in stock and they refused to tell him in store and told him to check online. Toys r Us does not allow you to check availability online on this product. So my dad when into the store and the cashier was rude to him when he asked why they couldnt say over the phone. He requested the supervisor and posed the same question and then the manager asked him to leave and even called the cops..

The store policies are mixed up between employees. One of the supervisors was very rude. Also the product management is poor we purchased a yugioh box that was wrapped in what seemed to be official konami shrink wrap but once purchased and opened was filled with open packs of Pokemon cards, basically left over trash, this is very unprofessional and will most likely not receive our business again.

Not enough help, layout very confusing. spent 2 hours looking for items on gift registry. Finally after 2 hours person came up front and knew where item was located. I will never go back!!!!!!!!! Also computer printer was jammed took 20 min just to get a printout. Only 1 clerk in store and she was busy at checkout.

The manager I spoke to named ROBERT was a JERK!!!!!! He was rude, lazy, and no clue about his inventory, and he also LIED about his inventory so he didnt have to check and see if they had they toy we were looking for!!! I would rather drive 2 hours to another toys r us than deal with people like that!!!!!!

Understaffed. Had workers standing around while we stood in line for 15 min and only one cashier on the register. When another register opened he checked out someone who wasnt even standing in line waiting. They were to busy talking to other workers to get work done efficiently.

very rude employee on the phone. called about getting a car seat back from a trade in since we found the item we bought cheaper at target. very rude attitude. unfortunately its the only toys r us in 100+ miles of me or Id shop at another store..

My sons electronic car broke down and since I had my receipts, the clerk had another one ordered and assembled for us. He carried it out to our car, made sure it was working, and was super friendly! I really appreciated the help we received!

This Toys R Us is a train wreck. Its cramped, crowded, and has terrible management. Its a painful experience every time we have to go here.
