While toy stores should be welcoming, the woman working was sour, abrupt and rude. As she was leaving for the day, she angrily confronted a mother traveling alone with two small children. Which isnt shocking given the way she was complaining about travelers as I walked in. If youre going to be offended by the way ordinary children behave, perhaps a toy store isnt the best employment to seek out. Despite my boys wanting something, I would rather deal with their momentary disappointment than buy something from a toy store that would subject families to such an employee.

Ive been to this toy store more times than I can count but each time I visit its a new feeling of awe. I LOVE THIS STORE, hands down the best one Ive been to! There are always new toys or activities each time I go and the people are friendly and very helpful. Ive read the review about the negative employee and can honestly say Ive never encountered that, not even once. Hopefully everyone else can experience the level of enjoyment that me and everyone Ive talked to at the airport have experienced at that store, and not let one negative person ruin a good store.

I am the owner of this store and I would like to reply to Taylors review above. The incident he describes happened over a weekend. When I learned of the incident on Monday, I IMMEDIATELY let that employee go. We have a zero tolerance policy for any type of behavior that doesnt serve our customers and I would like to personally apologize for the unhappiness and discomfort her actions caused. I do hope that you will give us another chance the next time you fly through the Denver Airport

Such a cool toy store, great place to check out while waiting for a flight. I always make sure to pop in before a flight, you never know what cute little thing youll find. Very nice employees too.
