I am a novice skater who has been cruising for years but never really got into riding with tricks or ramps/pipes in mind (The fun stuff) due to nerve damage in my knee. Straight off the bat coming into the location, I was greeted and offered incredibly friendly service. In my time there (probably an hour-hour and a half), I was walked through 100% of what I needed to know so that I could begin my journey of learning how to adventure into more technical skating and how to build and maintain a board. The customer service was fantastic. This is a rad environment for beginners and the well learned (as proved by a super mellow regular who showed up), and is very straight forward about everything. I was told countless times that the main objective of the store was to ensure that I knew and had complete comfort with what I was purchasing. My only complaint is that I do not have a sixth star to offer.
