Wasnt my favorite Shipleys but its very convenient when heading to the International Airport known as Bush Intl. I do have to say the staff was somewhat warm. The lady maybe should smile a little bit more but they was nice enough to when they made a mistake, they helped us resolve the problem fairly quickly. The donuts were the typical Shipley donuts, but I wish they were more fresh for us coming that early in the morning

Sign says open til 6pm showed up at 5:40pm...Doors are locked and nobody answers the phone now. I called 15mns before I showed up and they said they close at 6pm too. My company comes here in the morning but they just lost our business. We were going to be working late so I came to buy all my employees kolaches. Thats why I am extra irritated.

I have gone to this location for the last time....not once have I ever been greeted upon entering even if no one else is in the store....the employees frown and seldom converse with you! And if you order only a couple of donuts, they give you a big sign and huff around like you have put them out. Very bad attitudes all around!

Went there at 2:30 and the door says they close at 3:00 p.m yet the door was closed I was trying to get in and the people working there were just looking at me like I was stupid yet the sign says 3:00 p.m. I tried to call and no answer so very upset with my visit here never going back to this location!

I LOVE COMING HERE IN.THE.MORNINGS I GET OFF AT 6. Ive never gotten attitude or anything. Donuts are always fresh.
