Absolutely great selection unfortunately burdened with piss poor service. I went in looking for recommendations on good cloths for polishing and smoothing stabilized, dyed burl wood as well as a finish to prevent dead lip skin from sticking to my mouthpiece made of the same material. And I also asked if there was a particular type of cloth that would help make the colors and grains of my wood to be more vibrant (to pair with the Renaissance Wax I was there for). The person helping me was completely rude and dismissive. Despite telling him my exact needs he constantly reminded me that he "didnt know anything about THOSE things" and kept giving recommendations that were either completely off-base like "this cloth is good for automotive applications" or were too catch-all to be of any help. His body language obviously showed that helping me was a bother to him despite my attempts to be courteous. Its just stabilized dyed wood, hardly any different from normal wood. I just wanted something to make the colors and grains of my wood pop more and all I got was rude looks and dismissive comments. The only "good" help was when I asked where the Renaissance Wax was. Definitely a store I will check to see whos working before I shop there from now on.

I love this store! Prices are good and staff is very helpful. I had a couple issues with a defective Rockler router bit and the staff was very helpful to overcome it. Despite the offer to refund me, I was able to utilize a suggested solution by the staff so I kept it. Would like to see more woodworking classes offered though.

They do have a lot of specialty stuff that you are never going to find in a home center. However, I found the staff lacking in knowledge about woodworking. I consider myself a novice at the craft, and I can tell you that I knew more than the person who assisted me with my purchase. Probably wont go back..

Racist staff at store. We are two black ladies( mom and daughter)that walked into this store. We received no greetings and constant watching. We are simply trying to build a closet and received no customer service! We were consistently followed through the store..just pitiful!

Great place! Would give 5 stars but it seems like every time one item Im looking for is coming in on the truck later that day. Otherwise everything is great. They usually have a good selection of the pocket hole products Im there to get.

You can find a lot of hardware that you cant find at the local store. They dont have a huge amount of stock if you need a large amount of cabinet hardware but they will order what you need. Nice employees and nice store.

Great place to shop for woodworking supplies and tools. Unfortunately the staff is not very knowledgeable about woodworking. I asked for some information about a router bit set and the clerk read the package to me.

Great staff, Great experience always helpful! A little pricey but well worth it. I wish there was a closer location to Brookshire though.
