Absolutely LOVE this Kroger. I have had nothing but positive experiences every time I shop here (which is on a weekly basis). The online shopping (ClickList) option is definitely a time saver also when youre a busy mom on the go and you have to squeeze in some time for grocery shopping. It takes around 5-10 minutes to pay and have them load your car depending on if there are others picking up at the same time as you. Which I think is a reasonable amount of time. Yes, it is definitely a big store that will take some time to shop around in, but NO it is nothing like horrible Walmart. Every time I go in it is well stocked, very clean, and the check out time is A LOT better than going to Walmart. The staff seems to be okay from time to time, but come on majority of the cashiers are teenagers that would rather not work if they had a choice so you cant expect too much out of them. All in all I have nothing terrible to say about shopping here.

All I wanted was a BBQ sandwich, the nice lady behind the counter helped me. But after I saw what she was serving I refused the order. $5.99 for meat on a bun with out sauce. meat was all dry all the items on display were dry most looked like dried out dog food. This I blame on Krogers management and lack of detail. Employee need to be trained on how to handle food. If you dont pay the employees what they deserve then why should they care what your product looks like...I wonder how much food is being thrown out each night, if they had a true food professional who understands what a display should always look like and truly know how food should be displayed they would be making bank. Kroger you need a professional who understands merchandising and display.. Call me I will be glad to help you out....this is what I do for a living... Thank you.

Worst shopping experience, unfriendly employees. At the time I was shopping, there were many employees working the aisles more than I had ever seen (maybe over 40). Only one offered help, others were rude and unfriendly. I saw maybe three other customers in the store so it was a slow time of the day. While checking out, the cashier dropped a celery stalk on the floor, brushed it off with her hand and put it with the rest of my groceries. Not good you cant brush off germs with your hands. I expected more from Krogers. In the 4 years I have shopped at HEB across the freeway, never had a bad experience. HEB employees have always been friendly and helpful.

This store is new, very clean and well organized. It is a Signature Kroger. It is very well laid out, surrounded by new retail locations being built as of this review. This location has fuel pumps with awesome fuel prices. They have lots of bargains on different items at different times. 10 for $10 is common on select items. Customer service reps are very friendly. The pharmacy staff is fantastic (John, Mayra, Precious). Also, you can get a $25 store credit for transferring an existing or bringing a new prescription, so long as you are using health insurance but not Medicare or Medicaid. Great place to shop!

Shopping carts all over parking lot. No one ever seems to gather the carts. Cant park because there are carts everywhere. A lot of the fruits are brown and appear to not be fresh. Only 2 registers ever seem to be open. Huge lines due to this. For a place that just opened, you would think they would put on a good show for a first impression. I guess they really dont care. I certainly refuse to ever give this place a try again. I will stick with the HEB across the street.

Store does not keep up with bulk section. THIRD week in a row where scale was broken and no pens available. Then got a lecture from the checker for not putting a tag on the items. With what?? Gave them back my bulk items as "they dont have a list in the computer" to weigh and price. More lost sales for them...store manager needs to walk around the store and correct these issues. Too new of a store to have this much equipment failure!

Ive been here a few times, but this Kroger is trying to do too much. They want to be Walmart, it seems. The clothing section is unnecessary. But if they insisted on it, a smaller section like the Kroger in Baytown wouldve been better. In short, I cant find anything here. Its too big. If I want Walmart, Ill go to Walmart. But I dont like Walmart, and I dont like this Kroger either. Ill stick with HEB.

This store is "ok", however the 2 older female employees at the Starbucks inside have crappie attitudes , way to busy talking to each other about what happened last night, seemed put out taking my order, &only became friendly when the manager walked in. Topping it all off the older lady manager barked orders at them then left. 1st time in, last time in. I like my coffee with happiness not crappiness.

Came once. Excellent fruit. Came all the way back and EVERYTHING was gone. Friday evening. No fruit to speak of. No meat selection. Super rude to my wife. "We are closed. We want to go home. Go to a different line!" Super rude. Like 6 cashiers closed at once and just dumped full lines all down to one register for no express. Took 20+ min.... luckily we were the last let thru a certain line.

There is so much here! All the cashiers Ive encountered have been super nice, too. I havent been to other grocery stores in the area yet; I just moved to the Houston area from the Baton Rouge area. This place is clean, has a lot of options, and has nice people. The prices seem decent, too. What more are you looking for in a grocery store?

Way too big. They are also more expensive than other supermarkets in the area such as HEB. I dont see how well be able to keep up this store in its current conception. They do not make enough money to keep things the way they are, and it is the wrong concept for this neighborhood.
