I have never, ever, ever come across such a backwards business, let alone been treated like a criminal for doing literally nothing wrong. Id been searching Instagram for months waiting for the right color piece and, when it was finally made, it went off to this shop. So, I wanted to buy it and was willing to pay the price. I asked the seller to let me pay them after fixing a price in which I paid for the insurance (which was meant to cover him) and, at the last minute, unbelievably he says: "please send to friends and family". Now, anybody who sees that knows that its a huge red flag. Nobody asks to send things via friends and family unless they are either scammers or they dont care if their product shows up broken. Not to mention its against PayPal rules for obvious reasons. Like any sane person would, I said no, and he then tacked the paypal fees on top of the agreed price. While I was willing to pay even the post-PayPal fee price, he sketched me out enough for me to walk away from the sale, and I was disappointed for the next couple of days because the only reason I couldnt buy this piece was because the seller refused to sell it legitimately. If he ran his business like literally every other heady shop, it wouldve been a sale that took a whole of sixty seconds, and both of us wouldve been happy. Now, thats one experience. I then come to find out from my husband a day or two afterwards that he felt bad about how disappointed I had been and decided to bite the bullet morally and ask this guy to sell it to us even though we backed out due to HIS snaky behavior. After agreeing on the same price, as soon as he asked to pay, no more responses. Into the next day, he called the shop owner a few times and messaged him wondering if something was wrong. Amazingly, the guy responds telling us that WE are sketchy because we want buyer protection. Which makes literally no sense! So he explains to this guy who apparently never ships anything ever that the insurance WE volunteered to pay covered him and not us. But no, logic and reason be damned, he comes back with sorry, friends he family only because you are sketchy. As if that would protect him at all! So basically, this guy is either too thick headed to understand the concept of shipping insurance despite several years supposedly shipping things all over the place, or he is a colossal jerk who just wont sell it to us because I backed out on the first day due to his own suspicious business practices. Either way, its unheard of. Ive bought several thousands of dollars worth of headies, including customs. Not one reputable business has ever asked for friends and family, especially after I agreed to cover the fees he shouldve priced in to begin with if he were a competent businessman at all. Hello! You are not friends and family! Why would I send you almost a thousand dollars with no recourse if something happens with you or the package? How do I even know if you send it at all- if he wanted to, this guy could just never ship it and claim I send him a generous gift, let alone the far more likely scenario of it being lost/stolen in the post! And IM supposed to be sketchy for that? If this place wasnt open for so long, I would be 100% convinced that this was a big scam from the beginning. If youre local, he might sell to you and you wont likely have this debacle, but if youre not, this place is less reputable than Craigslist and operates on shady promises. Now I have money in my pocket, enough to buy the thing he has and more, and he has a heady thats going to sit on the shelf for no reason other than his own ineptitude. You cant make this stuff up, its like its right out of a Monty Python movie or something. Trying to get the owner to understand how shipping insurance and PayPals Buyer Protection Policy work is like trying to explain to Kanye West the whole "fish sticks" joke. Unfortunately, the BEST case scenario is that this guy doesnt care about his buyers and ships everything under the table at the customers expense.

Called up there to get a permanent detox, guy said this will remove ALL toxins in 6 days, take the pills as they say to with lots of water do not smoke cigarettes, ingest caffine, and go on a low fat diet while on this detox. Did it all to the "T" and waited 3 days after just to drink extra water and cycle any extra traces out. Bought a home test just to be safe, sure enough didnt work. The problem is I was told quote on quote, if it does not work bring it back for a refund as long as i can provide proof of a failed test. I call the same guy up says "well sometimes it works sometimes it doesnt. But I cant give you your money back, I never said that." and the guy continues with this over the next few sentences, then says i can give you a little bit off a day solution, which was still way over priced. The point being is i do not know who these people buy from but whatever or whoever its overpriced crap that does not work. Save yourself the time and money, and a potential failed test, these people just want your money they could care less on anything else. Good luck guys and gals!

One of the best smoke shops I have ever been in. I will be the first to admit that I used to smoke out of manufactured glass until I started going to the BC and got educated on glass. The employees were well educated and patient with me. I will never go anywhere else. I have become a BC customer for life. Since being introduced to the BC, I now look at all the other smoke shops very differently. When their mottos states Quality Matters, they know what they are talking about. @ Joshua, not sure where you went but it couldnt have been the BC. If you think that high times is even close to being in the same class as the BC you must be as naive as I was before becoming a BC customer.

Ive been coming to the BC for years. The last year or so its changed. I dont know the guys name who use to run the shop but he always wore a beanie. Now i dont see him when I go in and I dont get the same vibe I use to. They still have the best glass in town but it not like it used to be. Dude used to tell me who made the pipes and which ones were the best for the money. I go to another shop now cause I dont get the customer service I used to.

Worst shop! Way over priced on items. Paid $109 for a Kangertech Subox Mini starter kit. The sells person dropped it putting it together. Leaked the same night. When across the street to discount tobacco, they have the same one for $40 or $60 (cant remember). Went back to try and exchange it or get my money back and everyone including the manager were rude and had attitudes. Will never have my business again.

hey high end glass is great if you live in champions but not so great if you live in white oak, ill stick to global. it does seem like the reviews are a little Too glowing. but who knows, maybe they all have 200$ for a pipe, i dont.
