The owner of Tysons is very rude, disrespectful, and un professional. He wont let you look at anything in the display case unless he knows for a fact you will buy it. I think maybe he needs to learn to handle his glass better. Last night after asking him to see a product in his display case he said word for word "No. Go find it online." A little surprised considering I did absolutely nothing to provoke this kind of a reaction, I replied with "Well I guess I will then." He then put his finger on his ear pushing it my way and walking twords me saying "what" in a very angry threatening way. I told him I had no idea how he expected to sell anything to any of his customers acting like this. He then cussed at me, told me to shut up, and said i should never come back. I have purchased many things from this store and never had a problem so to say the least I was very surprised and annoyed. Maybe the owner was having a bad day and had nothing to take his anger out on besides his own customers? Im not sure. Keep in mind I am also 18 years old and this man is a grown adult getting in my face and threatening me because hes too lazy or reckless to remove something from his display case that I was considering purchasing. One of the worst customer experiences Ive ever had I will never return or recommend this place to anyone. It needs new management as soon as possible!

I go to this place frequently!!! I absolutely love the owner and the environment is A plus. Everything from glass to shesha, as well as everything in between! I wont go anywhere else to be blunt. I compare prices at several places and nothing compares! They are always willing to bargain with you as long as everyone is polite!!! Love the environment, love the people! Yes, I would absolutely recommend this store to my friends and family!

Awesome customer service! Stopped in to browse water pipes, found one I liked and was checking out when the employee asked me to look it over one final time before I left and sale was final. I notice some chips/scratches along the base. He switched it out for a different one that was a thicker glass. Never had anyone ask me to double check before I left. Will be back for future smoke needs.

Was going into Tysons for a while, about a year. Would spend up to 100 a week there. Was great, and so was the manger. Until screamed at to leave store for my friend not buying a vape after trying it and not liking it. Since then, havent been back. I, My self as a business owner, disagree with the way that was handled. But, great products. Just one bad experience, ruined everything.
