Wont be going back to this location, ever. Was told an hour for a tire repair, which was fine. After waiting an hour and a half, I was asked what I was waiting for. I get that it is a busy location, and they were doing the tire repair for free, even though it wasnt one of their tires. But they put "paying customers" (my words, not someone elses) before me that got there way after me. Its the little things that matter in a successful business, and this is one of those little things. My family has been a paying customer at Discount Tire for over 25 years. I cant even remember the last time we purchased tires from another company. Im so frustrated right now, I would have gladly have PAID another company to do it quicker. I hope management sees this and has a chat with employees about making sure ALL of your customers are taken care of. I would hate to see Discount Tire lose business because of a ill-managed location. The employees were very friendly, which is the only reason they got 2 stars and not 1. This location needs to shape up!

I havent had this good customer service possibly ever. Star 1- They offered to repair a flat tire at no charge even though I had not bought my tires from them. Star 2 - The staff was consistently expressing empathy for people in person and on the phone- just trying to be understanding that their customers were in a stressful situation if they had a flat. Star 3 - I waited less than 45 minutes- which was the time I was told on the phone. Star 4 - They put the rim back on for me. Ive had lug nut covers lost in the past when this wasnt done. Star 5 - I was checking to see if I needed to put the spare and tools back in my trunk compartment. Nope. They had already done so and tidied up the trunk as well! Also I think the mechanics communicate with sounds and songs. Not really a customer service thing, but it seems like they have a good time!

Shout out to Nick and the guys at this location. Nick came out to greet me instead of me having to go in and wait for someone. While the online site indicated the tire I wanted was in stock, which they werent. Nick did offer to order them, or setup me up with a similar set with the same features I needed, longevity and traction. Which actually came out cheaper. Gotta love saving a buck or two. While I didnt manage to catch all the names of everyone who worked on getting my tires put on, Adrian, Terry are two I did mange to remember. But really everyone working in the bay swarmed my car and showed some serious team work. Outstanding job guys!! By the way, I arrived about 8:45 am and was out the door before 9:30 am. So I didnt have to miss much of work. Thanks again!

Came around 515 yesterday evening hoping for a quick tire fix. I was helped within 5 minutes and we established an easy fix and since there was only 2 people infront of me not to long of a wait. After 30 minutes the people in front of me had left and thats when people behind me started to be called before me. I asked one service guy about why my car was just sitting there and others were being helped 1st, I got an i dont know and walked off. 630 comes around and the last 2 people behind me were finished and helped, speak to another man who works there and all he could say was oh well they are working on it now. After 10 minutes of them actually working on my car it was done. Poor service or care about customers time. Will make sure to go to the other locations if need be

I got out of work just after discount tire closed and stopped by because I had a flat on my new tires I purchased with them. They were closed so I stopped anyway to change the flat. While I was starting to change it Mr Jordan Simms and Stephen Flores came out to leave for the day and saw I was changing my tire. They came over and both changed it for me. Of course I knew they couldnt fix my flat cause they were closed already but they didnt have to stop and help me. I appreciate you guys and your help going above and beyond after hours. I have never had any customer service issues at any of the stores but you guys made a good day out of what was a rough one up to that point.

I guess I have magnets under my car, because Ive visited this Discount Tire due to a flat 5 times in the last 2 years. The employees are always extremely friendly and helpful, and I trust that they are making choices for my benefit, not just trying to make an extra buck. The waiting room is adequate and not uncomfortable, though there are always quite a few people waiting around since it gets so busy. Make a reservation for your visit if possible. PRO TIP: If you buy new tires from them, be sure to spring the extra $20-30 for the warranty. Thatll replace the tire for free if its flat and non-repairable.

This is one of few tire shops that offers best services. Dont be scared of long line or promised ETC for the free tire rotation and rebalancing. The BOYS usually get the job done 15 or 20 minutes sooner than promised. If you are in need of free Wi-Fi, then take a brisk walk to the next door McDonnells a bite and catching up with Clinton News Network in the dinning area, and let you kids stay in the jungle playroom. You absolutely must ask for tire price matching offers (Costco pricing) especially with rare or brand-name tires,

First impression the front desk guy lex just tried to tell me there was nothing wrong with the tires on my 14 tundra after having another location look at the and the advise me of the hazardous issue with the cracks and tears in my tires so I asked to speak to someone higher and got Tim their GM and he actually pulled out pliers and checked it out and saw my tires were down to the wires and were covered to be replaced under warranty its amazing what you find when you actually look

Ive been buying ALL my tires from this location. This last experience (although is still not done) has me thinking i might need to think twice before I buy again. The staff from the manager down has failed miserably and still havent solved the issue with my last purchase of 4 tires. At 46 miles per hour, jeep will jump until i get to 50 mph Its been 3 months of taking the jeep back and forth and never gets fixed. Tomorrow is memorial day. Guess Ill spend day off getting fixed.

Big shout out for Tery and the crew today. I pulled in with what I thought was a low tire, but there were other hazards/problems. My warranty covered most of the replacement, but bottom line is that there was no up-sell, they knew my situation and got my tire changed quickly and I couldnt be more impressed with the service of my local Discount Tire (and Discount Tire in general.) Thank you!
