Their donuts are good but their attitude sucks. The two people who are the rudest are this young strawberry blonde almost light brown haired girl with glasses and an older lady. Anytime I see them in the drive-through I dread the whole transaction. They could at least smile but instead I get the look like, "why are you here?". Early in the morning idk about some of you; but Im use to smiles or at least some sort of greeting. Not the "what the hell are you doing here" look. At first I thought it was just the first three times I went that it was just the young girls attitude. Sometimes young adults can be quite moody realizing how life is and such. But then it kept happening, and then I get the older lady and shes rude too! Ive been here 10 times+ at least because their donuts are good; I mean theyre a Shipleys. All Shipleys are delicious; and since its my local neighborhood Shipleys, and Im new to town -I have no other option. There is an Asian man and a young dark haired girl who work there who are very pleasant they smile and are polite; they know how to communicate with customers, and they seem to generally like to serve their community. I wish I could just deal with them instead. The rude young lady in the older lady seemed extremely miserable with their current career. Sighs * The way things go Im sure the rude ones are probably the owners who are mad they have to work because they probably dont want to hire anybody. you might just want to drive by and only buy donuts when theyre not there. Otherwise theyll just make you feel bad for wanting to buy donuts and supporting the business. Sorry I have a lengthy review Ive just had it. They really screwed up my mood this morning.

The coffee and donuts are the redeeming factors at this location. The customer service is quick but not friendly. I have been to this location many times and not once have I ever been greeted with a smile. This morning unfortunately was no different. The young man who took my order was very nice however the rest of the ladies who work here have never been friendly. This location is convenient as it is on my way to work and I like to bring treat my team, but I hope the customer service improves.

I dont know what jetska28 is talking about every time Ive gone to shipleys ive had an amazing experience specially with the young lady with glasses and the older lady they make me feel very welcomed and they always crack little jokes that make my morning even better

They were out of kolaches - told me 20 mins, took 45++. The old lady is ALWAYS in a crotchety mood - and shes trained her employees well, because theyre just as long-faces and unhappy!

Always a line here but they move quick and you dont have to wait long. Fresh delicious donuts, adequate service, never a smile though.
