They have merged with a clothing store and are more interested in talking in the back than helping customers. I used Magic Pen for several occassions before it was bought by the current owner. I went in there to find wedding invitations; even though I had samples of what I wanted, I was given books to look through by myself and ignored. Half an hour later after listening to all the trash talking that wwas going on in the back. I left. As Julia Roberts said in Pretty Woman, "BIG mistake."
