I give no stars. I use to work there and didnt get home til midnight at times, didnt know what my schedule was, they never told nor gave me a schedule, had to help restock everything, back was killing me. My mom dropped & picked me up + she goes to work at around 2 a.m., wasnt good on her nor me. The managers, wow, there were 2 managers, 1st one came in, helped with the store than leaves for break, 2nd manager comes late and smokes. Censers werent on the cloths. When i called to see what time to come in for work, the manager said, "im sorry but were gonna have to let you go". Than after i asked why, she said, "We can talk about it when you come to get your last check". I didnt know why she is letting me go but after i hung up, i called and told my mom and she came home and took me up to Fallas to get my check, and than when were walking to her office, the 1st manager was giving my mom an attitude tell her, "you cant be back her, this is only for employees", After that, it looked like she was trying to push my mom out of the room and tried to close the door on her face. After the door closed, i asked, "why are you letting me go", the manager had the nerve to tell me, "We are letting you go because we do not know if your shift will end at 10:30 p.m.". I asked her whats the reason for letting me go and she said the same thing 3 times and In my head i was like, "what the hell, that makes no damn sense to let me go because you dont think ill leave at 10:30 p.m., like who does that". After that bullshit of an explanation, she gave me my check and i said goodbye. Before my mom drove off, we had to check and see if all my money was on the check, Oh My God, when i opened that envelop, i was confused as to why she gave me a debit card and not my paper check, like what the hell. When i dialed the number on the back of the card to see how much money is on the card, it said "Your Balance is $53.63. My momma and i were pissed off, i worked probably 8 hours and im suppose to have around $100 in my card, meanwhile, my momma was trying to figure out what to do and than she told me to call the corperate and they fixed it. TO ANYONE WHO IS TRYING TO APPLY FOR FALLAS, DONT DO IT. IM SAYING THIS BECAUSE THAT STORE NEEDS AN INSPECTION ON EVERYTHING. DO NOT APPLY FOR FALLAS

I use to work here very unprofessional the black manager was rude ass hell to customers an employees to taking 2 hour lunch breaks an hour breaks leaving one person on the register with a line full people why they outside running they soup coolers the reason why I left is because the black manager didnt care if you had kids wanting you to work pass 10 then when the holidays came they scheduled me to work on Christmas which I couldnt see my kids open they gifts an they was off but gave us Christmas Eve off then she called an threaten my mom telling her if I didnt come in then I would be fired threaten my mom with text an calls so I had to call the big boss the corporate people and they did nothing so if anybody is planning on applying here dont the manager will make you catch a case with her attitude an the unprofessional attitude

I dont want to give even 1 star concerning customer service. I asked about the return policy before I purchased some cheap curtains and was told as long as kept my receipt, I can. WRONG! 2 days later Im told only exchange. I want my money back, I didnt buy with curtains, I bought it with cash. There is no sign ANYWHERE stating exchange only. I have pics to back that up. Then to add insult on top of injury the IGNORANT manager said its on the receipt! OMG.. is she "special?" You have to buy it first to get the receipt that states no cash back? No fair disclosure nor transparency in business. If conducted business that way I would lose my license. #disgruntled.

Store has a lot of clothing and great affordable prices. It can kinda gets annoying when Im looking at clothes and as soon as I touch them they fall off the hanger. They need better hangers.. I would normally pick up items when they drop but if it happens multiple times I give up. I hate how they have no dressing rooms. Ive been to the store twice and had to return items twice due to them not fitting or looking right on me. Its definitely a customer inconvenience to drive back and return items. Positives: low prices, lots of clothing selections Negatives: no fitting rooms

What a scam! They sell crap that doesnt work, and then says they have a "no refund" policy. So youre stuck with garbage that doesnt function. We bought a hair dryer, took it home, it didnt work AT AL. Immediately took it back to the store, and they quoted their "no refund" policy and wouldnt give us our money back. So now weve bought a hair dryer thats complete garbage. BUYER BEWARE. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!
